    Yep.

    Equivocation writ large.

There is a recording of his voice for goodness sake.

What is this rubbish about 'locker room talk'? It is plainly mysogynistic hate speech.
Why were the women 'strange'? Because they were shocked at a dog breath old man trying to kiss them (he boasts about that)?
The victims are the women of America (and elsewhere) where their president signals to men and boys that women are there to preyed upon.
He is an evil old man and if people can't see that stark truth then more fool them.
I don't care about any suggestion of equivalence, what about this person, what about that person, the so called man is responsible for his behaviour.
There is no passage in the sixty dollar Bible where Jesus says to people that he could grab women by their genitalia is there?

Seriously, if you want to excuse such behaviour towards women how can you begin to call yourself a 'Christian'?

You must only listen to Fox!

    * he rejected an FBI assessment and believed what Putin said.

    * he tried to get Georgia to break the law by falsifying the vote count in his favor.

    * he hid highly classified materials at his residence, lied about it, and showed them to someone without any clearance.

    * he revealed classified information to a Russian ambassador and a foreign minister. An official said he "revealed more information to the Russian ambassador than we have shared with our own allies."

    * he gave comfort to seditionists (according to the Constitution that disqualifies him as a candidate) after inciting them to attack the Capitol.

    * he called convicted seditionists "hostages" who have been "treated very unfairly" and promised to pardon and release them.

    * he said he would "go after" anyone who opposed him (which is typical of a dictator and is unAmerican).

    * he removed seasoned professionals in government and replaced them with inexperienced people who could only follow his orders since they had no qualifying background.

    * he said he would be a dictator "on day one" and we know that is NEVER the end of it.

    * he pressured Ukraine to dig up dirt on Joe Biden and his son Hunter, threatening to withhold aid unless the Ukrainian president complied with his wishes.

    * he called Nazis and white supremacists in Charlottesville "very fine people".

There. Now you have no excuse for not knowing. And these are just a few. Let me know if you want more.

I suspected that. He's apparently unable to answer me and refuses to say so.

I see no real crimes in your list. No victims. Only accusations and politically based opinions. I'm looking for the source of such personal animus directed at Trump. But it sounds more like frustration at not being able make a real case against him.

OH! MOVING THE GOALPOSTS NOW EH?
You didn't ask about "crime". You asked "what evil has Trump actually done to be so hated?" Look back and weep.

And bullshit anyway! His attempt to get Georgia to fudge the vote count was a crime. His retention and hiding of classified documents was a crime. Showing classified documents to someone without a clearance was a crime. His incitement of an insurrection was "sedition" and a crime that SHOULD stop him from running.

He also said Russia should "do whatever the hell they want" to our allies in NATO.

Where are the victims and what did he do to you for you to harbor such personal hatred? I think you guys are victims of left wing hate driven media who live and breathe animus which began when Trump beat Clinton and has not ceased. Not that Trump is a saint, but this seven year adventure to get Trump is the crime. I'm not at Trump supporter, but between Trump and his gaggle of accusers, Trump is the better man and better American.

That's all political exaggeration. He didn't tell anyone to change the vote count. All Presidents take home classified documents. Biden had them from his days as VP and his days in the Senate. If the former President deems a document benign, then it is. And Trump did not incite an insurrection. He told them to protest peacefully. But the protest became a riot due to frustration after four years of Democrat criminal behavior and their attempting to bum rush Trump out of office. Not that the riot was justified. But it wasn't a concerted effort led by Trump. As for NATO, Trump was referring to those members who fail to uphold their end of the NATO contract. All of this is liberal media driven exaggerations and no just cause to hate Trump. It is a product of frustration and is highly irrational. As for me, the reason I don't support Trump is because he is petty and divisive.

Ok, forget it. You're just defending your favorite criminal. Those crimes are real but do what you want.

BTW, you say "He told them to protest peacefully."

He told them they had to "fight like hell or you won't have a country any more".

    You spun everything else too.

Look, I'm not going to spend the rest of the week arguing with you about what 1+1 equals. So I'll give you one crime that, according to the Constitution, should keep him from ever holding any political office again. I'll argue just that with you. One point. ....

A number of Jan 6 thugs were sentenced to prison for "seditious conspiracy". "Sedition" is "language". Look it up if you doubt. Two or more people talking about overthrowing the government or discussing insurrection is "sedition". Actually these 7 or so people (Proud Boys I believe) engaged in conversation to plan insurrection and then attacked the Capitol as an act of insurrection. They were convicted and went to prison for it.

Trump asked Pence to substitute fake electors for the lawful electors in order to remain president. That is "sedition" and a crime.

Amendment XIV, Section 3 says "No person shall .... hold any office, civil or military, who, having previously taken an oath ... as an officer of the United States ... to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have ... given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof."

Trump said the incarcerated insurgents were "hostages" who have been "treated very unfairly" and said if elected he would pardon and release them. THAT is the crime of giving aid and comfort to "the enemies thereof". So that one case proves Trump committed crimes.

And Karl Rove disagrees with you as does a growing list of Republicans.

    Absolute balderdash.
It is not left or right wing media, it is a recording of the man talking.
Everybody is a victim of the evil of this man who boasts about preying on women.
There you go again, compared to this compared to that. What about compared to right and wrong?

It was kode who asked what evil has Trump ever done.
    I answered.
The truth is in his own words. It is a lot worse than being a little bit imperfect, it celebrates preying on women.
As for nobody is perfect, we’re not talking about a nobody are we, but somebody who once was, and wants to be again the actual President?

They should go to prison. But they have no connection to Trump.

They were substitute electors which is a not uncommon practice when the election is in doubt. Trump asked Pence. Pence looked at the matter, deemed it just, and chose to certify. End of story.

That's all talk. Which people was he talking about pardoning. No aid or comfort has been given.

This is a big nothing burger, compiled by the same entities who've spent the past seven years trying and failing to annihilate Trump.

His administration was extremely successful across the board. And he didn't promote anything untoward. Like anyone, he is more than one short conversation with a radio shock jock. But you want to blow it up like a giant bubble to envelop the man, as if that's all there is to him. I think that's conniving and petty. As immoral and deviant as the Democrat party has become and does actually promote on a national and local levels, then to criticize Trumps morality in contrast would be a major hypocrisy.

You're just denying what is clear and obvious! You might as well say air travel is impossible!

TRUMP SENT THEM! They were at the "pep talk" when he said we're going to the CAPITOL!" And "you need to fight like hell". Then they "marched" to the Capitol and the riot resulted as they smashed windows and broke in doors. YOU KNOW THIS!

The "alternate electors" were said by McConnell and many congressmen on both sides and their attorneys to be ILLEGAL and UNLAWFUL ATTEMPTS TO CHANGE THE OUTCOME OF THE ELECTION. AND YOU KNOW THIS!

Trump SPECIFIED the Jan 6 "hostages" would be pardoned and released if he is president. THAT is aid and comfort to the enemies (insurgents).

Now tell me the moon is made of cheese.

And it is also clear now that you know full well that your ideas about your cult are in conflict with each other and the bible, since you haven't dared to attempt an answer to post 3061.

It wasn’t a conversation with a radio shock jock.
I see you now use that term instead of ‘locker room talk’.
As for not promoting anything untoward, do you think men grabbing your daughter’s genitalia inspired by the President of the United States would be nothing untoward?
Just like the discussion we had regarding eating animals, you’re bending and twisting your point of view to suit yourself regardless of the truth or morality of the situation. That is what is conniving.
I don’t care about how deviant the Democratic Party is, I won’t be voting for them, I am pointing out that Donald Trump is an inherently evil man.
I imagine Aztec leadership was in its own terms successful across the board but it did involve some human sacrifice, but you might say that sacrifice was OK if the Aztec economy was ‘successful’.
Donald Trump, using the evidence of what he himself said, is a demonstrably evil man, and it astonishes me that you, as a self declared Christian, would seek to defend him.

Actually you're the disappointment. A one-time Christian preacher turned agnostic then turned atheist...that's very disappointing I'd say but there still perhaps might be a glimmer of hope for you if you come to your senses to return to your roots but don't wait too long for time here on earth eventually runs out for all of us.

But anyway, yes according to the Word of God, Moses led his people out of bondage from Egypt. After 400 yrs. of slavery/captivity in Egypt the Israelites were finally free from slavery/captivity and would eventually settle into the Promised Land that Almighty God promised to give to them.

    We Read in Scripture:

    Israel’s Wilderness Detour

17 When Pharaoh finally let the people go, God did not lead them along the main road that runs through Philistine territory, even though that was the shortest route to the Promised Land. God said, “If the people are faced with a battle, they might change their minds and return to Egypt.” 18 So God led them in a roundabout way through the wilderness toward the Red Sea.[a] Thus the Israelites left Egypt like an army ready for battle. Exodus 13:17-18 NLT

    Footnotes

    a. 13:18a Hebrew sea of reeds.
    b. 13:18b Greek version reads left Egypt in the fifth generation.

Ok thanks trev for your post.

But he didn't send them to riot and cause chaos. He sent them to peacefully protest the rigged election results. To my understanding peacefully protesting is a legal activity in this great country of ours, well maybe I should say not so great country since Joe been running things out of whack!

Ok thanks Kode for your post.

So they settled into a land ruled by Egypt. I bet Joshua had a shock after all that journey. HMM. Not a shred of evidence that the Israelites were ever in Egypt. In fact Egyptian records show the were a settled Canaanite tribe in Palestine in the 13th century BCE. They, and the other indigenous tribes, rebelled against Egypt and were beaten. Egypt ruled Palestine for centuries. Your lack of historical knowledge is appalling for one who studies the Bible.
All you can do is quote passages from the Bible. A Bible which can clearly be denied by study both in and outside of the Bible.

I don't believe Joseph Smith and his golden tablets. I believe God who said to me by his spirit, that it is true. And it is reasonable that God should send Prophets and that ancient records be made on gold plates. (Just recently, a binded book of gold plates written in Hebrew, and over two thousand years old was discovered in Saudi Arabia). This of course is sustained in me by a knowledge that God is real, which knowledge came to me in the visitation of his spirit, awakening me to a remembrance of his spirit. The whole world has forgotten God and is embroiled in some type of mass amnesia. And the traditions of men have filled that void. So from this collective, God picks his own to himself, according to their hearts, whether or not they are inclined to him, even if they are unaware of their standing before God, or of his existence at all. Man doesn't determine God anymore than we create ourselves. We do not. We are merely participants in the miracle, like fruit on a tree to the discernment of the orchardist. So while we go about our business, God goes about his.
