Why Trump should win his NY hush money trial

"Hush money" is just a handy pejorative for non-disclosure agreement, which happens all the time. Trump willingly paid for a reasonable NDA and Daniels readily agreed (until trying to renege some time later which got her in criminal trouble). Trump paid her through one of his corporate lawyers, again which happens every day. (A client telling his corporate attorney to do this or that. Imagine that!!!) Bragg thought the accountant put the expense into the wrong account and, if he could find a way, that maybe covered up another (unspecified) crime he could turn it into a felony, and viola a maybe successful witch hunt abetted by the state laws of NY which are totally supportive. Trump is being criminally charged for his accountant recording the payments in an account that Bragg thinks he can make hay over. Can you spell witch hunt or purge???

People, Cohen went to jail for this and more. Individual 1 was an unindicted co-conspirator because was he was POTUS. Both under the Trump Admin. No way Trump skates unless he finds a friendly juror. PERIOD.
