I do too, they have reputable, experienced legal minds weighing in with the added touch of comic relief.

I don't know of anyone that incited an insurrection, nor plotted to overturn the election any more than anyone else ever has, and the confidence in our voting system has long been at question for millions of Americans, whether you want to acknowledge it or not.

But hey, you keep spreading that propaganda.

Misinformation. Ignores that he told them to stay peaceful and to support law enforcement. Seems the only tweets Dems want to acknowledge is the one where he told them to go home while ignoring other tweets aimed at wanting them to remain peaceful.

Apparently not. His kooks attacked the Capitol and he did NOTHING for over 3 hours!

LOL at trying to criminalize common "inflammatory" political speech... one of the most protected types of speech in America. This is one of the primary reasons they wrote the First Amendment.

And he gobbled down French fries and ketchup and threw the plate against the wall. What a great leader! He’s got magical powers!

Interesting.... your "pooped in our capital" has been debunked many times but you continue to spread that misinformation by some vague unnamed anonymous aide of an unnamed Congresscritter...you could not show that that was even half truth if you had to... you can't keep spreading that untruth and propaganda...

Oh, so now "incitement?" Let me guess, you only want to prosecute Trump for "incitement" and not the Democrats who said the same thing?

I want to? No, I trust the career professionals to do their jobs. Trump should be fitted with his orange jumpsuit soon enough.

Funny how the only "career professionals" that you "trust" are the ones that advocate for the same things that you do.

You're nit picking. IIRC his precise wording (paraphrasing) to the judge was that they are concluding and doing no more investigation into Trump's NDA and handling of it, meaning they had no reason to continue an investigation because (directly implied) they have found nothing criminal. Stated at the end of Cohen's trial.

Your claim, your job to produce the proof ....no one else said that but you.... show us who made that claim smearing poop on the wall...
please don't embarrass yourself with the fake news CNN and WaPo articles....I double dog dare you to raise the article that you claimed exist that actually showed there was poop on the wall.... and please don't even try and bring us a vague lame claim from an assistant or "source" to a senator.

The best you can do is a unnamed anonymous unverified source and Schumer insider said... and no one else... never proven at all

Did I claim that his dereliction of duty is a crime? No, but it’s evidence that they were doing something that he wanted them to do. Funny that you didn’t grasp that.

They smeared poop in our Capitol. I’ve posted a number of sources for this in the past, and recollection is that you have never posted a source contradicting this. All I’ve seen from you is huffing and puffing and a bare denial.

They broke in, stole property and prevented Congress from doing its job, and you’re worried about denying that they smeared **** in the Capitol?

    Post a source!

You inferred it. It isn't evidence of anything, other than evidence that you don't know what you're talking about.

Never, as in not ever, not as long as I can remember as far back as LBJ/Goldwater, has American confidence in the election been as dysfunctional as it has been now, due directly to the lies and propaganda by Donald Trump. That is a fact whether you acknowledge it or not.

Questioning the election is one thing, but when a candidate declares, before the first ballot was ever cast, that the only way Democrats can win is if they rig the election, that is the FIRST TIME IN MODERN HISTORY THAT A CANDIDATE FOR PRESIDENT DID THAT.

So, don't give me any crap that 'it has always been this bad'. Not by a long shot. Today, 2/3 of Republicans beleive that Biden and/or his democrat party stole the election. That is the first time in history that this many millions believed the election was outright stolen.

All thanks to DONALD TRUMP for his lies.

LIES, LIES, and nothing but LIES.

    You cannot deny it.

No candidate in history has been as DIVISIVE as Donald Trump.

You mean that I implied it. It’s behavior unfitting for the president. It’s scummy behavior. It fits perfectly with my theory that the kooks were doing what Trump wanted them to do . That you think it’s magically acceptable establishes that you don’t know what you’re talking about.

What are you talking about 'nitpicking'?

    You wrote:

Bragg says it is a felony because it covers up another crime which the Southern District of NY federal attorney said did not happen.

Okay, you made a claim that an SDNY Atty said it did not happen.

It's NOT 'nitpicking' to ask you to back that claim up.

Either you can, or you can't, so which is it?

Clearly you cannot, all you can do is put words in the mouth of an SDNY attorney, who, in fact, didn't say it.

so how about providing the exact quote, and letting us decide what that ATTY meant, or didn't mean, because I sure as hell am not going to take your word for it.
