There are 2 lawyers on the jury.
According to Friedman Trump's defense used 6 juror strikes today with 4 remaining.
Each side has 10 strikes and the prosecutor didn't use any.

1. They falsified business records charges expired five years ago(+/-).

2. State campaign finance laws don't apply to Federal elections. Not only that, there is no allegation of violating state campaign finance laws.

3. The Federal campaign finance laws are absolutely the only charge being used to upgrade the expired misdemeanor charges.
