Surrendering Control of Wombs to Politicians is a very bad idea.

OMG -- not another one who thinks its perfectly fine for a State to ban abortion on the basis that the Woman can go to another State .. she is not being forced to carry the pregnancy to term .. she can just go somewhere else .. nobodies forcing her to do anything.. or ones daughter when comes home from new Job .. complaining about having to put out for the Boss in order to keep Job .. Daddy telling her .. just go find another Job .. no one is forcing you to stay .. or violations of bodily autonomy in other ways --- Jab or lose Job..

but to the progressive authoritarian collectivist ideologues .. Do the boss or lose Job is not force .. not coercion of a nasty variety --- all good in the hood because its not direct force the person can just go get another Job and their Children can starve until the person looking for job finds one.

Nice perspective Natty -- real proud of authoritarian invasion of bodily autonomy .. violation of civil liberty .. collectivist ideology is the fallacious utilitarianism mentioned previously .. the cancel culture justification for law for which you now have a proper name.

ok, I can see how some Atheists would believe that our bodies are not just vessels and life did enter our vessel at some later point

    but using science,

    http://www.slate.com/id/2120872/

"a member of President Bush's Council on Bioethics, describes in his book The Ethical Brain, current neurology suggests that a fetus doesn't possess enough neural structure to harbor consciousness until about 26 weeks, when it first seems to react to pain. Before that, the fetal neural structure is about as sophisticated as that of a sea slug and its EEG as flat and unorganized as that of someone brain-dead."

Around the end of week one it is no longer mindless or microscopic and we remain an amalgam of cells until we are fully decayed.

I'm perfectly will to allow the American People to demand that reproductive freedom be restored in state after state, red as well as blue.

You have not cited any instance of an American opting not to be vaccinated in the interests one oneself, one's loved ones, and society's being charged with a crime by anyone.

Your crackpot dogma is not accepted by any reputable medical authority, nor by freedom-loving, scientifically-astute Americans.

Paws aren't the issue dude. And some ones already put something in her womb and you're arguing that someone elses should be allowed to put their paws in your sisters womb.

A human embryo is about 1 / 100 of an inch long at one week of development, and has no brain.

I don't doubt that. It starts with a fertilized ovum and takes around 9 months to complete normal development. Everything along the way is a human under development. Why is that not clear to everyone?

    Tragedies?
You bet. Every time a woman has to make the decision it's a tragedy. Whether she's deciding based on her personal situation, the condition of the baby, pressure from family, whatever it is, it's a tragedy that women are faced with this decision. It's one only they can make, and only they live with, whatever they choose.

In my opinion that's the part of the discussion that keeps getting buried. Women are forced into this decision, whether they were planning a pregnancy or it was a surprise.

Both of my kids are adopted. Their birth mom had no reason to want either of them, and in fact killed a third baby in a fit of drug induced rage. I am thankful every day that she didn't abort our kids, and I'm sure they feel the same way. Our grandchild will also some day appreciate that her mom wasn't aborted.

My point was that the pro abortion crowd is pulling out all manner of cases and crowing that they happened because Roe was overturned. Whether a decision on an abortion was relevant or not.

Last year the pro abortion crowd started crowing, briefly, about a Nebraska woman charged with abuse of a corpse after she had a home induced abortion. The message was, even if you abort using pills, the state will come and get you.

The crowing stopped as soon as the rest of the story came out; first, the woman was more than 27 weeks pregnant when she induced the abortion, far later than state law permitted. Second, she had her boyfriend burn the baby and then bury it. The coroner noted that it was possible, but not confirmed, that the baby could have been alive when it was burned. Third, the woman tried to get a medical abortion but was told it was weeks too late for that. Fourth, she admitted that the only reason she wanted the abortion was so she could again wear her favorite jeans.
Nebraska woman pleads guilty to burning fetus after abortion (nbcnews.com)

You see, we can't have an adult conversation about abortion when these kinds of stories (on both sides of the argument )are drowning out rational discussion.

I don't know if there is or not. I only know that most doctors and medical professionals say there is. If there isn't, then you've got an argument.

Again, I don't know if what you claim here is true. I think I've heard that people who didn't get the shots had worse symptoms and more often died than those who got the shot. You are saying that is false?

Depends on what is meant by "a human". Some will argue it has human DNA from the point of inception, so it is "a human". Your hairs are also "human". The real question is at what point does it become a sentient being entitled to rights. When its just a freshly fertilized egg I see no non-dogmatic non-religoius reason to think it should have rights.

You hate reproductive freedom --- freedom over one's body .. favoring forced medical treatment .. on whim of Gov't whom you love no matter what ends justify the means.

Who told you Americans have been charged with a crime over opting out of the Jab ? .. what a joke .. made up strawman fallacy .. you were told that people were forced to either take the Jab or lose their Job. What kind of discombobulated nonsense strawman fallacy in retort ... and desperate attempt to justify forced medical treatment akin to the brown shirts justification by demonization of those Unclean - Dissident - Dirty Arabs ..

"I'm perfectly willing to allow" .. says you -- the Boss to force himself on your daughter by threatening her Job if she does not comply. I say .. that's typical Cancel Culture "we believe in freedoms -- but only for things we agree with" .. just awful Hypocrisy in Law .. anathema to the founding principle.

Except the part about Cleansing of the promised Land .. "Like the Amalek" say Bibi --- surely you agree with that part of the Bible right ! .. perhaps you might like to become a self declared Zionist like beloved Genocide Joe .. ? Yes .. No .. Maybe so ? How about Joining the Zionist Team .. most are atheists you know .. don't have to be religious.

cause no one has a right to control another body, invest in science and when a woman decides not to have a baby, it can be removed and grown outside the body at the taxpayers expense if we want

As to that last, no, absolutely not. Society has proven over and over that they cannot be logical, reasonable, or unemotional on this issue. Until the fetus is viable and known to be healthy, the woman has every right to decide what course her life will take. And if a healthy, viable fetus presents possible deadly harm to the woman, abortion should still be on the table.

I believe that this issue, a woman's right to choose, is guaranteed by Section 1 of the 4th Amendment.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Pregnancy is a medical condition, and is therefore private and not the business of government or society.

If you look at the numbers, almost all the fatalities came from strains delta and before.By the time The shot became available Omicron was far and away the dominant variant and the death toll from covid had been in free fall since the beginning of January

Dude the embryo stage lasts about a day. And it is an inch long at a week. By 2wks it is obviously human in everything but size.
