If the body was recovered and Biden said Cannibals got to him, they wouldn't be making excuses for his gaffe.

BECAUSE THERE WAS A SURVIVOR! It was a small plane with a crew of three and a passenger. One crew member survived and was rescued. Also, even if you're correct that we don't know whether they were shot down, which we know it wasn't, it's a lie for Biden to claim he does know that it was. So, no matter how you try to stretch the truth and ignore the facts, Biden still lied.

Also the title of this thread, and the person you're quoting (@hawgsalot ) opened this thread by saying THE WHITE HOUSE admitted his uncle wasn't eaten by cannibals. KJP was asked directly by the WH Press why Biden said his uncle was eaten by cannibals and she didn't deny he said it. She said she was there and it was simply an opportunity for Biden to tell an emotional story about his uncle, and Trump sucks. So you can disagree with Biden's top PR and spin person. You can also disagree with every fact-checker in existence, but it's not a good look. Biden strongly implied the cannibals got a hold of his uncle, so his body wasn't recoverable.
