If you or I hired a lawyer for personal reasons, and put the lawyer fees on our business books, it would be a crime. Trump is not above the law.

Reasons not associated with being able to claim a tax deduction, but that is not relevant in this hush money/election interference matter.

If I pay my lawyer $10.00 to pay off a gambling debt of $10.00, the $10.00 is not a "legal fee."

So this was gambling debt? I thought it was a non-disclosure agreement.

I have already given you the link to the Indictment. Read it. It has nothing to do with an NDA or gambling.

    Here is the Link.....again.

    Link.

I'm not interested in the indictment I asked you a question. If you don't know then say you don't know.

Are you capable of saying you don't know or does a prospect of up turning democracy to titillating for you

    Clearly.

So, why are talking about an NDA?

They think he is. I finally worked out that at least some of his appeal is as “TEflon Don”

Only part of the case relies on that the rest is straight business fraud

Nonsense. First because straight business fraud is a misdemeanor with a statute of limitations of 2 yrs with 1 year added because of NY's law extending the limitation, supposedly because of COVID, so the case is dismissed without Braggs silly election angle and unknown additional crime Trump is alleged to commit or cover up.. And secondly because, Trump gained no financial advantage. No one has suffered a loss.

Except those who voted in 2016 voted in ignorance of relevant facts because of his**** election interference.

They lost the value of their vote and there is nothing more precious (other than life) in a democracy.

Yeah, they were ignorant of the fact that the Russia Russia hoax was a work of fiction bought and paid for by the Hillary campaign.

Normally it would be nothing more than a denial of the deduction by the IRS, possibly a civil fine.

Just not as ignorant as the voters in 2020 told that Hunters laptop was a Russian propaganda campaign. Trump may have hidden an affair. Biden hid US government corruption covering up Ukrainian government corruption. Infinitely more relevant to selection of politicians

YOU brought up gambling and Braggs theory is that every payment in the indictment was a payment to Cohen to reimburse him for the money HE paid to Stormy for an NDA that Trump never signed.

And 'HE' was repaid what HE paid out by Humpty,**** the bloke**** on whose behalf HE shelled out.

But, the offence is the felonious cover up with the bogus claims of 'legal fees.'

Nope. That would be a misdemeanor whose statute of limitations has passed. No different than Hillary's and the DNC payments to Fusion GPS and CrowdStrike to create the Russia Russia hoax as legal fees.

No, the false business records by themselves is a misdemeanor. It is this other un named crime that is being covered up that turns it into a felony.
