Trump is facing 34 charges of falsifying business records, and now Colangelo is laying out how that number came together.

It’s based on three different types of false records: invoices, ledger entries, and cheques.

There are 11 invoices that the prosecution says falsely described what the Trump payments were for, 12 allegedly false entries in the Trump Organization internal ledger system and 11 cheques that allegedly falsely described the nature of the payments.

Add those numbers together, and you get 34.'

Pecker paid McDougal the 150,000 and was never reimbursed by Trump.
Trump paid the 130,000 to Stormy and Pecker /AMI was involved in negotiations.

Pecker,Trump & Cohen were aware of each person's claims and the money. NDAs they signed.

my question is did trump send either of the women he paid for silence a form 1099??

The basis for the 34 felony counts against tRaitor tRump is that he created, or had created, fraudulent (false) entries in his company books to hide the fact/crime that he had an affair with a porn star so that it wouldn't have a negative affect on his chances for election. Using the fraudulent bookkeeping entries to support and hide the felony crime of election interference escalates them to felony status and extends the statute of limitations.

I see tRaitor tRump as a disgusting low life criminal con man that is a existential threat to the Country I love, it's Government and OUR Constitution.

Maybe, but "the world" also see tRaitor tRump as an unstabelizing influence on international economics and politics.

The statute of limitations on fraudulent bookkeeping are extended and become a felony when they are done in support of and conjunction with another crime.
