Nothing was altered it was the original bookkeepers entry and if a violation at all a mere misdemeanor whose statute of limitation ran out long ago.

Where is that felony that they claimed would reopen it? I keep asking?

Oh that's right Bragg doesn't have one does he.

Did you come up with the felony that keeps the misdemeanor active yet? What did Bragg say in his statement yesterday?

He is on trial for fraudulent bookkeeping done to hide election fraud. The two TOGETHER are a felony which is what he is being tried for in Manhattan.

I asked, you can be legally sanctioned for a crime for which you have not even been charged let alone convicted and by a court and DA with no jurisdiction over such crime?

    SINCE WHEN?

You think Trump can be sanction in a court for that without being charged for it?

Sure it is if you are claiming anything you do to influence the election becomes a campaign donation even if you pay for it out of your own pocket.

Money wasn't paid. Money wasn't from campaign funds. NDA's are not illegal. State law has NO JURISDICTION.

Then you better get your foundation checked.

So what was the big underlying felony Bragg announced yesterday on which his entire case is hinged upon?

What law? The statute of limitations ran out on the bookeeping misdemeanor and Bragg has no election law jurisdiction here and Trump was never charged let alone convicted of an election law violation which is FEDERAL. And it wasn't FRAUD to begin with.

    Alvin Bragg’s Outrageous Conspiracy Theory

In court on Tuesday, Bragg’s prosecutors became a bit more transparent in arguing that this “other crime” is a New York election statute that contains a conspiracy provision. But the theory is ridiculous. The statute does not criminalize what Bragg claims Trump did — again, suppress politically damaging information. The invocation of it still calls for Bragg to enforce federal election law, which he has no jurisdiction to do. It is plainly intended for state elections because Congress enacted federal campaign law — which is not Bragg’s remit — to control federal elections. And, cherry on top, the election law Bragg invokes is a misdemeanor — that is, Bragg is trying to exacerbate a single misdemeanor falsification of business records into 34 felony counts by rationalizing that Trump was trying to commit or conceal another misdemeanor."

As I’ve detailed, even though the word conspiracy does not appear in the grand jury’s indictment against Trump, Bragg published his own purported “statement of facts” when the indictment was unsealed. In it, the DA endeavored to spin what the grand jury had charged into a “scheme” to steal the 2016 election by suppressing politically damaging information. Once the trial started, Bragg’s prosecutors upped the ante, claiming this “scheme” was a “conspiracy” involving Trump, his lawyer/fixer Michael Cohen, and David Pecker, then CEO of the National Enquirer’s parent company....

Bragg is dodging and dancing now because he has no case.

The law Bragg is attempting use requires an underlying crime do you think that should be ignored in order to find Trump guilty of a crime?

So courts and judges and prosecutors and their witnesses and protected from any comments by defendants but are free to openly disparage the defendants and their legal team.

That is how justice works now or only for Trump who apparently is considered below the law by the left.

And the best Bragg could even come up with is tying it to a federal MISDEMEANOR so even under New York law this doesn't apply.

Which does not make him legally responsible nor a ground for a pre-emptive action and there is just as much chance that some wacko leftist if going to try and harm someone. As long as he does not CALL for such an act of violence he has a right to speak PERIOD.

Here's another gem(regarding the contempt hearing):

"When Mr. Trump’s lead lawyer, Todd Blanche, claimed that the former president was trying to comply, Justice Merchan upbraided him, replying with words that no lawyer wants to hear: “You’re losing all credibility with the court.” "

    LMAO

    TRUMP GAGGING ON GAG
    MOUTHS OFF AGAIN

"Former Trump attorney Tim Parlatore told CNN’s Kate Bolduan that former President Donald Trump’s rant about key trial witness Michael Cohen in a local news interview is a “direct violation” of the gag order and a problem for Trump’s legal team.

Trump attacked Cohen in an interview with Walter Perez of Philadelphia’s WPVI 6ABC that was taped just before Judge Juan Merchan held a hearing on Trump’s gag order violations but aired Tuesday night."

Parlatore — who remains a frequent defender of Trump — was a guest on Wednesday’s edition of CNN News Central, during which Bolduan asked him about Trump’s latest rant."

If you paid attention to David Pecker's testimony and the trail you wouldn't need to ask that question.

Is that a no that Trump was never charged let alone convicted of a federal campaign finance violation?
