Because it is irrelevant and you have failed to show how the two cases are legally the same

Anything more specific than the generic term "election fraud". Certainly less fraudulent than Hillarys Russia Russia fiction. Less fraudulent than Bidens -the laptop is Russian disinformation.

Copilot is web AI, it returned the best info on the trial it could find. TRaitor tRump's "hush money" trial is tRaitor tRump's deal, it has nothing to do with HRC or President Biden and they have nothing to do with it.

Falsifying records to commit Election Fraud is what he's charged with. You asked, "Whats the other crime?"

    The answer is "Election Fraud".

I'm not playing the "Conflate the problem with extraneous bullshit game". It's being tried in court, if there is anything to add we'll find it out as the trial progresses.

In any case tRaitor tRump's falsified bookkeeping became a felony when he used it to cover up the crime of election fraud. That's my final answer.

How many times does this have to be explained to our ‘challenged’ friends…?

Psssst…I think they are well aware that, unless a rogue juror has been able to sneak into the panel, The Stain is pretty well ****ed…..

(insert your 4 letter word of preference…)

Perhaps you were unaware that here in America we have a Constitutional right to equal protection of the law.

    :)

The problem is juror number 1, or a juror we didn’t see coming could be that juror.

But you’re right, that’s his only hope.

indeed. OR.....they are so deep into Trump's lies and "other world" thinking, they have lost perspective. Their fall back position seems to be: "yes, BUT.........Hillary, Biden , Hunter.......etc which is irrelevant to the topic and is an attempt to divert.

Yep! Which is why it is so gobsmacking that Trump is getting such preferential “kid glove” treatment. He should already be behind bars

Indeed. It's a tragedy as that segment of the population is now very poorly informed., but will argue they are right indefinitely. We end up going around in circles.

A couple of reasons may factor in:
There is a certain "hero worship" of a POTUS. and EX POTUS . They get preferential treatment. By virtue of status. (not character)
The other factor is that Trump is a psychopathic narcissist , to an extreme pathological degree. Americans as a rule are not very knowledgeable about psychology, and don't bother to try and see that dimension of Trump. Don't want to.
Let alone the obvious implications of such a serious personality disorder.
He presents the image of a tough guy........and America loves Tough guys. (strongmen) and the aggressive behavior that comes with it.
As a result they give him as much latitude as possible, justifying / rationalizing his conduct. He has caused damage to the legal system. He likes to hold those involved in his legal problems HOSTAGE, with threats and other aggressive juvenile behavior. IF he makes things unpleasant , ugly and even scary enough, he believes he will be given a pass and be treated with exception.
He KNOWS exactly what he is doing, and why.....and that makes him a serious danger to the country. He is pathologically toxic.
The reason so many still believe Trump won thelast election is because they have fully bought into trump fantasy/ lies. and martyrdom.
Reality....... in a way, he HAS to be treated with kid gloves.........as he is unpredictably predictable and a danger to others. As he has no conscience, he will be as cruel and sadistic as he can to anyone that he perceives as being against him.
The additional factor is : he has money. America respects MONEY and elevates rich people into the stratosphere of exceptionalism and entitlement.

My wife just raised an interesting point; Trump is ultimately being accused of trying to keep embarrassing stuff out of the public's eye in order to not have it impact an election. Then what about the GOVERNMENT'S statements about the laptop that were intended to keep embarrassing stuff out of the public's eye in order to not have it impact and election?

Of course Trump wants to avoid some of this messy stuff to go public. The issue is , Why odes he have this messy stuff in his background to begin with?? If he was a person of integrety, honor and principle.......he would not be in this fix. (it is al l self created)
The laptop is a different issue.

Where were you when you dragged Epstein into a thread that had nothing to do with the topic? As the board’s whataboutism hall monitor, you seem to only target one side, much like Garland..

    Dismissed.
