Yes. We can do without the degrees in political activism. The students can learn that from Hamas and George Soros.

When you elect the orange felon, and he institutes his dictatorial powers he can use that to ban educations that he doesn’t like. And then we operate under a republic and Biden does not have that sort of authority.

At this point, is he "buying votes" or is he paying off his radical terrorist rioters??

Biden will TAKE that authority if he decides to do it. Biden is a lawless president. Or rather, the people who run his administration are lawless. Biden is really a waking vegetable.

They’re predatory because they can take advantage of young people fresh out of college and still in college easily. These companies know that kids aren’t told every single thing they’ll have to deal with after college and they know they’re pressed for money so they’re easy pickings. Ignorance is a massive gift to them.

Ah, it is politics, you didn’t think Trump’s tax cuts weren’t aimed at a select group did you? As he announced at the MaraLago celebration, “I just made you people a lot of money”

    We'll see.

Access to education and cost reduction should be a priority in this country.

Besides, education is the kryptonite of conservatism.

The longer an American goes to school, the more likely he or she is to be a liberal.

The earlier you leave school, the more likely you are to be a Republican.

If every voter had gone to university, Biden would have won by 30 million votes.

    The prefect response.

We want america to be the greatest country in the world, but we want someone to make sure someone gets rich off of it first.

YES, we need to have an educated population, but at what cost? College has become a business, and the benefit to society that it was originally intended to be is no longer the goal. Today's goal for colleges is capitalism plain and simple. NOBODY should go to college and get a liberal arts degree, but we DO need doctors and lawyers and scientists to be educated or we as a global leader will loose that global leadership position. Many of those advanced degrees make the world a better place, BUT, many go to college to prolong the real world for 4 more years, and they spend so much money that it an albatross around their necks for the next 30 years. Its THAT "college" that needs to go to the wayside. AND Im sorry, this is not a popular opinion, but No college professor should make a million+ a year teaching at a state school. Today there are over 100 professors at the UofI that make over $430k per year, with 10 paid over a million, while the top paid High school teacher makes $62k.

I know I have ranted on this subject many times, but colleges today are not about education, they are about money, and sports. The real problem with them is that while they profess to help people make more money, they fail to admit that the "more money" part pertains to the bankers who collect 25-30 years of interest on the loans they provide to these students, and the money these universities make to build these buildings and offices, and the ridiculous salaries they pay their administrators. Hell the UofI pays their assistant VP's over a million in Salary BEFORE their bonus'

    Rant over

and the $280 billion bailout for citigroup was in 2008..in today dollars it would be $400 billion

the schools that raised tuition 10-fold over the last 20 years are who should be repaying the student debt.

and the schools that are annexed by a church should be taxed like a regular business..

many churches open schools because they have so much money they can spend it freely because any profits are tax free

if taxed properly, the Catholic and Morman churches alone could wipe out much of the national debt

or how about some of these TV preachers??..all have been proven to be grifters

they grift good people out of money then dont pay a dime in taxes ..

and the saddest part is...they are not only allowed to steal peoples money.

the government condones the practice of not paying taxes on stolen money

if they steal it they should at least pay taxes on it

People who are supposedly smart enough to get into college are too stupid to realize that loans have to be repaid? If they didn't want to get loans they should have found another way to go to college, like maybe working their way through college. A lot of us did that, by the way!

Oh, yeah, a "much-needed societal investment in the U. S"? How about Biden's latest loan giveaway?

"President Joe Biden on Wednesday announced the approval of more than $6.1 billion in student loan debt relief for nearly 317,000 borrowers who were enrolled at any Art Institute campus from January 2004 until October 2017."

Six Billion dollar loan 'forgiveness' for ART? How do you Biden lovers manage to choke this kind of crap down?!

I get it, you think learning is only valuable if it makes you more money, not everyone has that view of education.

A Biden guy said the student's time in college was 'stolen.' In other words, whatever course they took were useless.
