Assuming the prosecutor did…it’s meaningless. Prosecutors and defense attorneys make all sorts of claims during a trial. As long as the judge didn’t specifically say Trump violated the gag order for specifically saying “Pecker is a nice guy” then the prosecutors claim is moot.
