I'm not one of those who easily believes US propaganda, I view all their accusations especially towards Iran with great skepticism... But I wish there would be a statement about this, a full story from the Iranian side. because this sounds obsurd, too obsurd to believe, but also too obsurd to completely make up. I wonder what the truth is.

Washington (CNN) – The White House Thursday condemned the conviction of an Iranian pastor, who may be executed in Tehran for refusing to recant his religious beliefs and convert from Christianity to Islam.

That's all I read in their article, they don't have enough credebility to keep reading the rest.

Apostasy is a crime punishable by death in Iran. This pastor was encouraging Muslims to convert. It may be (*)(*)(*)(*)ed up but its that simple. Just look at the person who was executed in Saudi Arabia for "sorcery". Islam and all forms of religious fundamentalism is (*)(*)(*)(*)ed up.

And this is fully supported by the Qur'an, and accepted by all four major schools of Sunni Jurisprudence.

But the religion of Islam has nothing to do with it, right?

Why not our president invite Iranian president to hold open talks so he can either explain or make an idiot out of himself. why did UN walk out on him last week when he was speaking? why not confront him on stage about this instead? something smells fishy and I don't think it's my pants.

Problem for me is that I don't know what this is all about or what to believe. I am about 99% sure that this is incomplete story (best form of propaganda) only confused what the rest of the story is.

I know it's one of those things just don't know what:
