    Why? The military already has hella funding. Out country cannot exist without things other than military.

    Keep in mind that you're looking at a chart in which military spending accounts for 4x as large a slice of a budget that's less than 1/4 of what it is now. Things like education are to be handled at the state or lower levels of government.
