...and most importantly of all, a possibility of 2 more terms of Obama with a new face.

Nice chopping of quotes. Anything to make a point, though, eh?

you realize that i post here to make my point not yours, right?

i think trimming comments adds to clarity, i didn't change your words, i focused on a specific aspect of what you wrote

so there's nothing wrong with trimming, after all, your post #72 is still up there for all to see

Have it your way. I really don't care. My opinion is that most here would call your 'focus' something else entirely.

    None of that.

If you're interested in what our next president Romney has to offer, I'll leave you with just a few of his 59 point economic plan to move America forward by creating jobs.

    * Lower corporate tax rate from 35% to 25%.

    * Implement free trade agreements with Columbia, Panama and South Korea.

    * Expand domestic energy exploration.

    * Consolidate worker retraining programs and turn them over to the states. Ah yes, federalism at its best!

    * Cut non-security discretionary spending by 5 percent.

    * Roll back and overhaul obamacare.

    * Eliminate Obama-era regulations that are stifling job growth.

    * Issue new oil-drilling permits, and take the obama oil drilling bans off the table.

    * Sanction China for currency manipulation. Perhaps this is where Romney could hire Donald Trump to be ambassador to China to do his dirty work of sanctioning China for him.

    * Reverse all policies that favor organized labor and their ripping off of the taxpayer's monies.

    * Cut the size of the federal workforce by 10% through attrition, possibly hiring only one new bureaucrat for every two that leave.

    *

    *

    As I said...
Same lies, same promises, more of the same, more of a Dem-Rep seesaw.
    Carry on.

Obama's FP mirrors GWB's. Not very liberal

    Paul is not a neo-con.

I think you're putting it wrongly. It's not a matter of us joining you or you joining us. It's a matter of joining together.

Here's a video that I think would be worth your time to watch.

Ron Paul wants to abolish the income tax and IRS.

You mean quasi-free trade agreements like NAFTA? Ron Paul wants absolute free trade, including ending all sanctions, ending the embargo with Cuba, and no hotheaded rhetoric about how dastardly China is.

Ron Paul wants to get the government out of the energy industry entirely.

Ron Paul would like to give every single program not clearly and explicitly authorized in Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution back to the states.

Ron Paul wants to cut $1 trillion in spending in his first year.

Ron Paul wants to get the government out of the medical industry entirely.

Ron Paul wants to eliminate all Obama-Bush-Clinton-Bush-Reagan-Carter-Ford-Nixon-Johnson-Kennedy-Eisenhower-Truman-Roosevelt-Hoover-Coolidge-Harding-Wilson-Taft-Roosevelt-McKinley-Cleveland-Harrison-Arthur-Garfield-Hayes-Grant-Johnson-Lincoln-Buchanan-Pierce-Fillmore-Taylor-Polk-Tyler-Harrison-VanBuren-Jackson-Adams-Monroe-Madison-Jefferson-Adams-Washington-era regulations that are stifling job growth and liberty.

Ron Paul wants to get the government out of the energy industry entirely.

So Romney's actually a protectionist/isolationist then? Ron Paul wants 100% free trade. He'd rather sanction Washington DC for its currency manipulation.

Ron Paul wants absolute 100% freedom to work, trade, produce, consume, save, spend, and invest however, whenever, wherever and with whomever you want provided it doesn't violate the rights of others.

How about cutting it by 90% by hiring zero new bureaucrats for every twenty?

I think by the end of next week he will be leading in NH as well:)

    He just keeps rising!!

Even if god were to take him tommorow his ideals and beliefs will still be discussed. Its not just about Ron Paul it's about life, liberty and justice. Ron Paul is just another man fighting for the same thing so many of us believe in.

A man who happens to be leading in Iowa:mrgreen:

    What about the economy, stupid?

No seriously, I hear he is the only US politician with a remote clue regarding the single most important issue facing not just US, but global economy.

For that reason alone, you should do yourself a favour and vote him in.
