Clearly the biggest difference has been “ recovery rate “ I Also lost my once excellent “ foot speed “ from my tennis days !!! I train some mma in my 40s and I cannot train more than 4-5 hrs a week ! In my 30s I could play 4-5 hrs of tennis and 4-5 hrs of martial arts a week I see guys in their 20s train 2-3 hrs a day lol in my 50s ?? I am guessing things will wind down
I don’t jog or work out much !!! I have lost 20 percent of my strength from my 20s. I get much sleep and I never do drugs or smoke and I eat semi healthy
