    If that would have happened under Rudd or Gillard, they both would have been taken to the slaughterhouse.

    It still rings in my ears when Abbott and his terrible crew were in opposition and did ask (again and again) the same question, when Rudd/Gillard would deliver a surplus.

    I honestly believe Liberals are far worse with money when compared to Labor.

    Very few people care because it was an overestimate. It would be a different story if they underestimated, so effectively spending $60billion less than estimated - the only people who whinge about saving money are those who perpetually whinge.

    Btw I absolutely love the new JobMaker plan being rolled out. JobSeeker... JobKeeper... JobMaker :) Brilliant

    But isn't this "new" stimulus not the same as Rudd did years ago? He was slaughtered by the Libs for that.
    Somehow I think people (in general) forgive more the Liberal Party than Labor.
