Yeah heck of a job Joe! First you gave Russia advanced notice that you were going to launch cyber attacks against them, and while nothing apparently happened to them, our critical pipeline of ours was shut down... and it appears we paid the ransom. That will teach 'em!

What role did the feds have in facilitating the ransom payment. Did Team Biden encourage them to pay the danegeld knowing how that would incentivize other ransomware attacks?

So who all was in on bribing the cyberterrorists. Colonial’s management? The White House? Both?

Biden also went way out of his way to say that the FBI, who has zero credibility, doesn’t believe the Russian government was involved in the ransom attack — although the attackers are based in Russia and therefore within Putin’s grasp.

Biden is suddenly like Stormy Daniels after she first signed the NDA. Maybe he will get more talkative after the butt hurt passes.

If "thanks" are warranted at all, it should be given to those who faced facts and rolled-over, giving the perps (Russian?) 5 million bitcoins (or whatever it was). The corporate biggies realized that the six-figures-a-year people on their own payroll couldn't do anything about this mess, and evidently, neither could any of the 'brainiacs' in our own government 'braintrust'.

So, they simply paid the ransom -- which created an excellent OBJECT LESSON for our adversaries (whichever the REAL ones are) in both China and, of course, 'Russia, Russia, Russia'....
