The life experience of a woman or person of color in this country are likely different from a white man and can give them a different perspective.

Um, the OP mentioned color and gender.
But color does represent a culture. in this country.

Only because I think the OP can't get past color.

    His post was spot on.
You think if they aren't all white, then they aren't representative of the population.
As the poster said, the board was all male all white. Hardly representative. And the OP brought race into it, then you went all white about it.

No, worrying about it, whining about it, is racism.

Yes, Joe is racist and sexist. If one is on the far right side. Diversity sucks.

I'll stop you at your BS strawman right there, dismissed as the nothing I ever argued that YOUR post is.

If you are going to delete the full context, try again. It's sad you feel the need to straight up fabricate BS instead of actually discuss things. But par for your course.

No strawman. Just put your posts together to form the only conclusion.

I deleted nothing. No fabrication on my part. Perhaps there is on your part.
These are the full content of your posts.

Maybe you don't read your posts before you hit the reply button. Par for your course?

You can multiquote my post all you want, it still does not add up to your strawmen. They remain yours alone.notice you did not include what I was replying to.

The same way you know how people think by looking at the color of their skin. Decisions should never involve race. Color blindness cannot be achieved with such policies.

Who said you can tell how they think? Can you make an argument that doesn’t involve a strawman?

Straw men cannot reply or explain their position. Please explain how a policy of "skin color first, content of character second" can achieve equality or colorblindness?

Doubling down on the strawmen huh? Bold!
Why don’t you try asking about a position I actually took?

A straw man cannot reply or explain their position. You said:

The life experience of a woman or person of color in this country are likely different from a white man and can give them a different perspective.

    Please explain.
