    The peace dividend was real and enjoyed by all presidents that followed Reagan until the war in terrorism which Clinton ignored to the detriment of presidents that followed him.

    I don't have to prove anything. Racist intent is not something any Democrat has ever believed was needed to disparage a political opponent. Never. He said something Democrats have always considered racist, and wrote a bill that every black person has said was racist from the time I was born until the moment Trump had it repealed.
