    One of the arguments abortion law supporters could never address is that abortion laws failed long before the internet and abortion drugs. Regardless of how you feel on the issue, Laws can only drive this out of sight.

    Are we going to see phone teleconferences for late-term abortion also? All that will be required is for the doctor to establish whether she is less than 24 weeks pregnant, by phone, and then she is given the green light.

    Well with New York, Massachusetts, and Illinois recently changing their laws to make it near impossible for prosecution of late-term abortions and seemingly giving the green light, I wouldn't be surprised.
