Well, well, well. Totally saw this coming. I wonder if this is politically motivated?

Zimmerman, 30, who faces a felony aggravated assault charge as well as lesser charges stemming from the incident, is asking to have conditions of his bail modified so he can resume contact with Samantha Scheibe.

According to court documents filed by Zimmerman's attorney Jayne Weintraub, Scheibe, 27, gave a sworn statement in which she wrote, "I do not want George Zimmerman charged."

Zimmerman, who had been acquitted earlier this year of murder in the death of teenager Trayvon Martin, had posted a $9,000 bond and was barred from any contact with Scheibe. He was also ordered to give up his guns and wear an electronic monitor.

Scheibe's new affidavit taken Dec. 6 stated, "When I was being questioned by police I felt very intimidated...I believe that the police misinterpreted me and that I may have misspoken about certain facts in my statement to police."

Scheibe wrote that Zimmerman "never pointed a gun at or toward my face in a threatening manner" and that "I want to be with George."

Weintraub claims that Scheibe reached out to her and asked that the order barring contact between herself and Zimmerman be lifted.

Scheibe originally told a 911 dispatcher that the incident began when the former neighborhood watch captain grew upset during an argument and brandished a weapon at her.

"He's in my house, breaking all my s--- because I asked him to leave," Scheibe told the dispatcher. "He's got a freaking gun, breaking all my stuff right now."

Scheibe said at the time Zimmerman pushed her out the home and locked her out. Authorities said when they arrived Scheibe gave them keys to the home, and that they had to push through obstacles by the door to get in.

At the time, Zimmerman told police that Scheibe instigated the incident.

The November incident was Zimmerman's latest run-in with the law since his acquittal in Martin's death.

In September, he was arrested and then released without charges after his wife called 911 to say Zimmerman punched his father-in-law in the nose and threatened to shoot him and his wife.

Zimmerman claimed that he was acting in a "defensive manner" during the incident, according to police, who later added that they never found a gun on Zimmerman.

He has also been pulled over for speeding, once in July and again in September. During the July incident, he alerted the officer that he had a gun in his glove compartment.

On July 18, the Seminole County Sheriff's Office said Zimmerman was one of two men who came to the aid of a family who became trapped inside their Ford Explorer after it rolled over on the side of the highway.

By the time police arrived, two people -- including Zimmerman -- helped the family get out of the overturned car, according to the sheriff's office.

Didn't the state press charges? I heard it was a felony assault (battery). If the state didn't press charges, they should have.

George Zimmerman is obviously a very dangerous person. If a loaded gun is pointed at another person's face, especially in an intentional and threatening manner, there needs to be accountability.
    .
Scheibe was terrified on the phone while Zimmerman was carrying on. I don't see how she can deny this when we all heard it.

You guys, she said the police must have "misinterpreted" what she said. She loves him and you should embrace her passion for her man. Almost forgot about how he saved that family from certain death a week after the verdict.

Prosecutors should continue with the case despite Scheibe's request. Her 911 call alone is very good evidence.

Here is part of the call:

So . . . Zimmerman haters, can you say "Oooops!"? I bet you can if you try.

I'm thinking that this might have gone too far at this point though. If they don't try George then they might have to try his girlfriend for making false claims against him. It depends on the state, I suppose. But in some states once things reach this stage someone is going to get a grubby paw legally slapped one way or the other. It will be interesting to see how the rest of this plays out. Still -- all you Zimmerman haters -- Ooops!

Yes because 911 calls are Gospel. Oh wait Shellie lied on hers... I guess it is possible not to try someone with a 911 call.

As the world turns, the young and the restless, the trayvon supporters neverending fascination wit George Zimmerman.......all these are soap operas....

Folks, the trayvon supporters continued butt hurt and interest in George is keeping this nonsense in the headlines. This kind of stuff happens everyday. It was a domestic squabble and that is all. The verdict was not guilty, get over it. This woman is recanting her story because she lied in the heat of passion. I am correct once again!

The unstable ones do it all the time. They think they 'love' him when it's really the drama and attention that they really 'love'.......

And the saga of George Zimmerman lives on.....

Stay tuned for the next exciting chapter of George and... whomever.

I agree. Some movie producer is missing out on big bucks. He should turn Georgie into a reality show and make those obsessed w/Georgie real happy........

She's probably recanting her story b/c she thinks she 'loves' him, when in fact, she loves the drama of being w/him and basking in the attention she was getting by being w/Georgie and his noteriety..............

One wonders where the heavy-hitters of the "We hate Zimmerman!" set are lurking at the moment. They are being suspiciously quiet over this news. Zimmerman exonerated again! You'd think we'd be hearing their howls of outrage by now.

Just like it is classic for a woman to crawl back to her abuser, it is even more so for a guy to go back to the good looking nutcase.

    Scheibe: Police intimidated me

In the court document filed this week, Scheibe accuses police of pressuring her.

"When I was being questioned by police, I felt very intimidated," she said. "I was not allowed to call an attorney nor was I allowed to eat or drink anything for a very long time."

Heather Smith, a spokeswoman for the Seminole County Sheriff's Office, denied that claim.

"As you know, we provided media with the 911 call from Ms. Scheibe, which occurred prior to deputies responding," she said. "Apparently, Ms. Scheibe may have misspoken about the facts of her interview as she had access to her phone and was provided with food."

Analysts: 'We see this every day'

Statements like Scheibe's are all too common in domestic violence cases, legal analysts said.

"Unfortunately, we see this every day," HLN contributor Jon Lieberman told CNN's sister network. "Victims get scared and they don't want to go forward."

Wendy Murphy, a former prosecutor, told HLN she doesn't believe a judge should allow the couple to have contact.

"The reason a no-contact order is not under a victim's control is because it's a decision of the court to protect the integrity of the prosecution," she said. "This is the government's case. It's not her case."
