How willing would you be to commit violence against your political rivals?

Sorry, I don't have any political rivals.

 

If by some miracle Trump is re-elected I’m sure that he will be eliminated physically.

I thought about starting a thread about who would be happy to see Trump assassinated but the mods would very likely call it incitement and I would be banned.

But I bet a number of members here would celebrate it openly.

I abhor violence except against true unrepentant violent criminals. This does not describe Trump.

 

The only violence would be if the enemy chasing me accidentally tripped and hurt himself. But I might laugh at him...which would hurt his feelings...so yep I guess I would get violent.

 

What about someone who would pay or manipulate another person(s) to do the dirty work for them.
Would you consider that person to be repentant and non-violent?

 

Give me an example that can be tested for veracity.

 

You may be too young to remember, but years ago there was a TV miniseries called "Amerika" staring Kris Kristofferson, Marial Hemingway, Sam Neil, Robert Urich
about a Russian engineered takeover of this country.

 

Perhaps a "mob boss" type who always manages to keep his own hands clean while achieving his desired outcome.

 

Definitely true in the case of organized crime.

 

Most people are defenders, not aggressors.

Anybody stupid enough to aggress physically based on political beliefs, will likely not know how to deal with a physical defense.

 

There's no avoiding it, I'd even argue it's already started. But no organized fighting will happen until after the elections becuase, assuming the losers accept the results, neither side wants to risk a fight they can win legally. But both sides have made clear they won't accept defeat, once the election is over the last hope for peace will be dashed and it'll hit the fan.

The only real question is the scale, could be everything fro backwoods militias running a low grade insurgency to Syria 2.0.

 

By violence would you also include verbal or written violence...... Lason Hara..... slander....... exaggeration of the faults and flaws of my opponents?

I honestly do attempt to not exaggerate accusations against Biden or Harris.......
but Harris impresses me as somebody who is kind of in line with the behaviour patterns of Hillary......

and I admit it....... Hillary kind of scared me...... and I plead guilty.... my being scared of Hillary is tantamount to idolatry in terms of my understanding of Noahide philosophy!

Of course not. How stupid is it to riot and kill over something as stupid as politics.

 

I am not American but I saw a video on youtube during the start of the Black Lives Matter demonstrations showing a young girl being pushed and bullied by several grown men. I would have no problem laying a beating on people who bully and inflict violence on children.
