They don't want to improve life here or anywhere else, they just want to shame us down to their level of misery.

You lashed out at somebody, I corrected the silliness of it, and now you are unhappy?

When Trump alt rightists lack facts, they go personal, quite often projecting in the process, what they claim their enemies are, is actually what they are. Undeniably, it is a confession of guilt by alt rightists.

And, you corrected what? Your post was verbatim, was the following,
Explain what you corrected; your post was a malicious insinuation without substance or rational predicate. Why are you avoiding the question of how you determined I support the KKK? If you can’t support the insinuation, then we will chock it up as a trolling, flame baiting or attempt to derail,
and consider any following posts in that light. Show what I have posted that could conceivably be used by anyone rational to draw the inference I support the KKK.

Democide is causing massive deaths. Second Amendment cost USA 572,000 lives in 1999 -- 2016.

Totally incorrect, the person who pulled the trigger caused the deaths.

It's a shame you are so misunderstanding of Second and firearms, you totally fail to understand firearms do not kill people, they are tools and cannot kill anyone.

    That's really sick.

Meant to address the first half of your post as a courtesy. As for your wager, who has been to more countries, it’d be an interesting discussion over pints; I have been a lot of places in the context of my work and curiosity driven travels, but a discussion of similar shared experiences and impressions from the different experience driven perspectives would be interesting and talk of places, peoples, food (big thing for me) and sites that most impressed or opinion of the best or top 5’s or 10’s would be interesting. And wager of a beverage a thing of friendly interest as well.
With the exception of English and Russian learned in school, most of my language acquisition was the result of immersion. The two languages, learned from immersion as a consequence of working and living among the speakers that you likely haven’t heard about are Kʼicheʼ and Guajibo which will be some clue to my graduate and post graduate work in the 70’s and early 80’s.

People who enable those with Severe Depression to obtain tools of suicide are accomplices to murder.

It’s not an ad hom to challenge a malicious insinuation. Put up or give it up and be judged dishonest.

Nor does visiting the U.S. yet you seem to believe you are an authority and a qualified spokesman for the population.

No matter. The U.S. is a seething cauldron of disgruntled, frustrated, gun-toting souls who find themselves in “dog eat dog” circumstances yet blamed for the failures of the government and (with gun in hand) worship “stand your ground” mentality.

    None.

    Many.

Several times, being at the mercy of thoroughly inebriated motorists, finding myself in the “wrong-coloured” neighbourhood, being randomly stopped and mishandled by brutal police, and having had a gun pointed at me on three separate occasions.

I have been to nearly 100, each of them “on my own steam”.

But you insist on side-lining the subject of high percentages of gun-related violence in the U.S. and apparently you believe that more guns will create fewer shootings. If it is the person holding the gun who is at fault (NOT the gun itself) then it should be obvious that Americans (in particular) ought not to have access to firearms. Matches in the hands of irresponsible = fire. Guns in the hands of Americans (who are irresponsible by default of their frustration) = murder. It’s as simple as that.

The bill of rights of the united states constitution does not, and was never intended to, restrict the actions of private individuals in their daily lives. Its reason for existence is to restrict government interference in the lives of private individuals.

The argument on the part of yourself is essentially that the public are slaves and owned by the government like private property.

Forcing government to abide by the law and not violate the constitutional rights of the public is not enabling suicide.

nope. the taking of ones own life is entirely and 100% on them, and nobody else. Nobody forced them to kill themselves. guns have nothing to do with it. As you've been shown countless times, countries with virtual gun bans have higher suicide rates than we do.

Doesn't matter the OP has a preconceived notion about suicide and firearms and is unwilling to listen to anything that is contrary to the notion.

Currently animals are rioting and burning and looting and maiming and killing people in many major U.S. cities while most of our law enforcement officers have been told by their Democratic Party governors and majors to 'stand down' and let the viscious animals do whatever they want to do to the citizens. So thanks for the European advice, but we prefer to remain armed and ready.

Perceptions of other countries and their cultures are shaped by the information available; much of that information is shared internationally by the MSM in each country, that more often than not, like that of the US, is profit driven... attracting an audience by reporting on topics that are controversial and often sensationalizing and propagating those controversies to squeeze as much profit from controversy as possible. In the US, few read the news from other countries unless passed on by the MSM here to bolster some narrative they support, but in many countries in the EU, do more frequently read the product of MSM in neighboring countries because of geographic and social proximity and by virtue that because of the geographic proximity and the proclivity of those in the EU for travel in neighboring countries has the bi product of people there being minimally bilingual or more often multilingual so they can directly consume news shared in other languages. Then too, they have a small handful of languages, like English, French and German that are almost like universal languages that provide easy means for communication across geographic boundaries. US news is often consumed by those of other countries because the of the US’s influence (good or bad) everywhere and most people understand English; Americans much of the news read in other Countries is shared by the MSM here (fewer people in the US are multilingual), that has a particular bias for the narratives proffered by which that news is filtered. So, relative to the gun issues, why would it be expected that those from other countries would have a balanced access to the issues (Trump is bad, guns bad, etc.) . Just like those that seem drawn to read the salacious, the tragic, the fall from grace, types of stories, you can be sure the narratives of the riots produced by the MSM are gleefully being consumed and perceptions being shaped.
So, I don’t fault foreign posters for their views here, but see it more of a opportunity for them to see a larger cross section of views and narratives than is afforded by the MSM they see.

Second Amendment is an archaic law which brings death to hundreds of thousands of people.

This is somewhat exaggerated. But all people must obey the will of the Majority.

You no clue of the Second, if you believe that.

It's quite clear you hate freedom and allowing people to protect themselves from violent criminals.

Why do you want people to be subjected to violence they can prevent?

Do you hate the lives of other innocents just to feel good about your miserable leaching on others to live your life?

Is it being stated on the part of yourself as fact, not opinion but rather fact, that the overwhelming majority of individuals who chose to end their existence through the use of firearms, would still be alive presently if firearms had not been legally available? They would not have simply chosen alternative methods? No exceptions? Despite the evidence from other nations with strict firearm-related restrictions and degrees of suicide far greater than the united states?

How well is that standard working out in the state of Michigan and elsewhere, which are currently being besieged by violent protests, arson, and looting? Are such the will of the majority? Or are they illegal acts being carried out by individuals who do not care about the law, or abiding by the rules of society?

As does use of tobacco productions, consumption of alcoholic beverages, and unhealthy diets. Exactly where should the line be drawn in government getting to decide which lifestyle choices to outlaw in the name of keeping individuals alive longer?
