Biden could pick the white-est of the white as VP and you guys would still call any criticism "racist".

I think we'll see Warren, Yang and Inslee getting picked for Administration positions. There was a lot of talent running for the nomination and each seemed to have a unique strength. Joe would be wise to utilize them to strengthen his bench!

I heard there were concerns over Harris in a meeting with Dodd. I guess she forgot her kneepads...

Joe doesn't want to be a Republican.

Or a Democrat it seems. He'd be better suited for the Republicans.

But he's already got the state so what does he gain?

A VP who is capable of governing from day one and comfortable acting as an attack dog.

What does he gain getting elected, he already has the state, VP's are normally chosen because they can bring in a big state.

He already has that state. And Harris was rejected in part because of her style. How is that going to help him especially when the Rep's run the ads of he implying he is racist and later doubling down on it?

That bit of analysis is limited. Some VPs are chosen based on their ability to shore up a specific demographic within the party, like Trump choosing Pence to lock up conservatives, and some VPs are chosen based on their ability to help govern, like Obama choosing Biden because he was well known in DC and internationally.

Who does Harris shore up, he already has the black vote, I know women who can't stand Harris. Harris is not well known to be able to govern.

Do you agree that Harris adds nothing here?

I have no idea who Biden's running mate will be, but folks (other than Biden) tossing around a bunch of possibilities affords the opportunity for folks who like to be pissy to be pissy about a bunch of folks.

    Don't expect another Lady SaPa!

Her version of the stealthy agent trying to avoid detection whilst galloping around ringing bells and firing warning shots remains a classic!

It seems it's between horizontal Harris who never saw a black person she didn't want to lock up and Karen Bass the communist Scientology enthusiast.

Well, if "the media" tells you something, it must be true.

Which is why you guys hate Trump and call silly names like Nazi and dictator. The TV tells you to.

Karen Bass is just a squirrel. I can't believe he'll pick her. She's a smooth talker when conversing one on one, but she's made a lot of dumb statements, which remind people of Palin, and has a Joker-grin plastered on her face, which reminds people of Kaine. I can see her rising in the DNC, but not on the ticket.

Kamala Harris has a very low likability rating compared to the others, although I've heard from people on both sides of the political spectrum that they'd be willing to hold their nose and vote for a ticket with her on it. Frankly, some of her personality quirks remind me of Hillary Clinton. To succeed, she will need to rein those in, but so far she seems to lack self-awareness.

Tammy Duckworth is probably one of the most likable candidates, but I'm not sure she has the temperament for a 50 state campaign. Might as well just write off the entire south with a candidate who speaks as bluntly as she does about them.

Susan Rice seems to be the most qualified in case the VP needs to step in and assume the President's role, temporarily or otherwise. I think Joe's gut has been telling him to choose her, regardless of the criticisms Republicans are likely to throw at her. How good is she at debating? I don't know.

Val Demings could be a huge asset, being both a black former police chief and a representative from Florida. Beyond that, it's difficult to gauge whether she's ready for the big stage.

Stacy Abrams? Um, no. She probably belongs in CNN or MSNBC.

You are confused. I never called Trump "Nazi" or "dictator" nor has a TV ever suggested that I do so.

His being endorsed and supported by nazis and other white supremacists is because they approve of his agenda concerning matters of interest to them. Those who want to submit to authoritarianism appear to like him as well. Do you think their TV tells them to do so?

Most Americans consistently disapprove of Trump. That does not mean they all "hate" him. For most folks, it is not the emotional matter it may be for you. It is rational.
