    You mean you might have the virus before you become symptomatic (or even if you never become symptomatic at all) and that's why health-literate people are encouraging people to wear masks and 99.99% of the arguments against them are braindead nonsense? Who knew?!?!?!?!!?!?

    Masks help stop the spread, so long as enough people wear them. It is simple science. I don't care about the fake "immune system" argument. It ignores the simple facts and is a desperate straw man.

    If that's the case, then why do doctors and nurses wear masks in a hospital setting such as an operating room or a ward that is full of covid-19 patients? If they have an immune system, then why wear any masks?

    Yeah, with a death rate of, say, 5%, the virus would kill only one out of twenty. So far 0:7 does not mess with known statistics. They've just been lucky.

    It wouldn't be newsworthy if it weren't politicians who downplay the virus and oppose mask wearing. Being able to say "I told you so" is an important thing, especially when it comes to those science deniers.
