The judge and jury do not go out searching for evidence. The DA is supposed to have it before.it staerts attacking someone or some group.

She's not prosecuting anyone. She made no criminal charges. She hates the NRA and had vowed to disband it for political reasons.

Does she have the goods on them? Prosecutors have a fair amount of discretion in our criminal justice system. If she shows she doesn't have a case, we can conclude she was going out of her lane. If she has a case, good on her.
