Well you've gone from a mask doing nothing to trapped which is progress. You can't get more slowed down than trapped.

A virus cannot replicate without a host, so a "nice warm wet area" is of no benefit to a virus.

Here is another simple experiment. Blow on your hand. Now place a tissue between your hand and mouth and blow again at your hand. Notice the difference? You are blowing air molecules which are thousands of times smaller than the holes in that paper tissue yet those holes have hugely reduced the air flow through the tissue.

No, I went from asking how wearing a mask would stop HIM from catching Covid.

    Keep up with the arguments.

The nice warm wet area sitting right on your lips and nose. Sure. The one that's ignoring your mask and entering through your eyeball. The one that isn't being stopped by the mask you keep ****ing with and rubbing. The one covering the cell phone you keep sticking to the side of your head.

The mask is there for one reason and one reason only: to make the sheep baaaa more silently.

Point out where anyone said that a mask provides 100% protection? Try and keep up with the science.

Once again, a virus cannot replicate on a "nice warm wet area". It can only replicate on a host.

Perhaps you can explain the method the virus uses when it "sees" a mask and decides I won't try and get through the mask but I will enter through the eyeball?

Those viruses that are trapped by the mask are the very same viruses that you would have inhaled directly if not for the mask. Hence don't touch your mask - it's not hard.

The virus can't enter through your ear so don't know why you even brought that up.

Here is another simple experiment for you. Get someone to blow on your face. Then do the same but place a paper tissue between the two of you. Do you notice the reduced air flow? That is how you wearing a mask provides some protection from infected people. And once again, notice I haven't written 100% protection.

Your mask doesn't provide any protection.

I can explain how a virus sitting on an absorbent material pressed against your lips and nose can easily infect you.

I know, since you belong to the Party of Science, I suggest we do a science experiment.

We take you and your little tissue paper face covering and put you in a CS gas chamber, where the particles in the air are gigantic compared to the Covid 19 virus.

Let's see how much of those much larger particles are filtered out by your paper mache mask, and how much of it gets into your eyes.

    That would be fun.

Would you like me to contact some folks in Lejeune?

The size of a 2-chlorobenzalmalononitrile molecule, the active ingredient, is thousands of times smaller than the virus and represents a huge "viral load"! Massive fail by you

The smallest particle size for CS gas dispersion is .5 to 2 microns. It can go up to 60 microns.

    https://www.apologeticsindex.org/pdf/heinrich.pdf

Covid can be .06 to 0.14.

Looks like you suddenly understand your dilemma.

    I have another question.

What's your plan on quarantining all the mosquitoes.

LOL You quote the individual size of the virus but quote the massed size of CS gas in dissolved droplets. A molecular composition of the active ingredient of CS gas is C10H5ClN2 which is thousands of times smaller than the virus. Odd that you always ignore the size of the droplets that a mask will provide some protection against infection. And then you use a CS gas chamber as an example! Can you get anymore extreme. Perhaps you can look at examples of people wearing masks, some just wearing a bandana, when sprayed with CS gas - notice that they take no notice of the gas. Another massive fail from you

    Oh quick, change the subject!

Guess how CS gas is dispersed, o' wise one.

Sure, the mask will collect a nice puddle of goo on the mask so it can sit right on your lips and nose.

I mean clearly you've thought this out real well.

The only thing masks protect is a sliver of leftist sanity so they don't start hoarding toilet paper again.

LoL he thinks a bandana stops CS to the face.

Where did anyone say a bandana provides 100% protection? Anti-maskers do seem to struggle with the English language!

Not as much as "maskers" struggle with reality.

Oh, I see, you didn't get it.

    I'll help you understand.

No one is walking around with 3M respirators nor is anyone walking around looking like an extra from Hoffman's 1995 hit, "Outbreak".

I mean you're welcome to show me videos of people walking around with 3M respirators and oxygen tanks on their backs if you'd like to try and tie your pathetic attempts to reality.

    Go ahead. Amuse me.

Oh, I understand you made a statement you can't back up.
I've seen a number of people in these...

Oxygen tanks! That's even more ridiculous.

She didn't want to wear a mask, either.

An empirical example of the truth of Darwin's theory of evolution. A lot more conservative Lemmings are going over the cliff.

Yes I'm sure you've seen lots of people walking around in full respirators.

I mean saying that makes your story sound plausible to you, I'm sure.

The rest of us, not so much.

    Try harder.

Maybe post pics of a spacesuit next time or something. Some Marines in MOPP 4 maybe.

    What's a "full respirator?"

Are you telling me you haven't seen people in these...?

Are you the official forum spokesman for people who don't know what a respirator is?

Lack of a mask probably didn’t kill this guy.

what killed him was being around like minded people who also didn’t wear masks and gave him this death sentence
