I have read a fair bit on Paul Robeson and see him as a hero, a man of absolute integrity, intelligence, principled beliefs and extremely brave. Why is it he is never mentioned when the common narrative on past "heroes" cite Dr King - Muhammad Ali - Rosa Parks and others? all deserving of respect and admiration. So - Why is Paul Robeson conspicuously absent from the general discourse?
