You mean the same argument used to encourage voting? "Get out there and vote, make your voice heard, every vote counts". <----- That argument?

Dodge noted. Does every vote count? Yes or no?

Yes, they do. But no, that is not the same argument as the one bluesguy has made repeatedly.

You cant have it both ways, every vote counts or it does not.

Alright man, since you insist on trying to intervene in the ongoing debate between bluesguy and myself, allow me to explain the debate.

Bluesguy wants to argue that voter fraud is a serious concern which warrants strict voter ID laws because it is possible for elections to be decided by extremely narrow margins. That argument is still incredibly shitty because it ignores the fact that proven voter fraud is extremely rare, that exceptionally close elections are very rare, and that the likelihood of a proven voter fraud playing a decisive role in a close election is virtually non-existent.

And the threat of that scenario is exponentially less likely to take place as compared against the threat that strict voter ID laws or other such controls like preventing mass mail-in balloting during a ****ing pandemic by the way objectively prevents and disenfranchises tens of thousands, if not millions of votes, each year.

Every vote counts except for the ones that are prevented because of an irrational fear of voter fraud.
