So no business can have step only access?

Actually, this baker didn't win on freedom of speech grounds. He only won because the Colorado Anti Discrimination Commission treated him badly.

Not on purely libertarian grounds? Freedom of association?

But not a same sex couple?

Your persistent forensic questioning for one thing; I always smile when I see your name on the threads page. Plus you just enumerated the 'gay cake' one. :roflol:

When you said that I "JUST enumerated" it, I thought you meant today. As in just then.

It was difficult to describe and I probably used the wrong word 'enumerate' because I couldn't think of another one; I meant that you spontaneously terminated the thread then continued it as part 2.

Funny I filed a formal complaint over Fun Spot in Orlando for not stating which rides were not able to be used by the disabled with limited mobility I can walk some and have mobility and the web site, no employee at the front selling tickets and such protected me from wasting my money on a day wristband since I'm in a wheelchair and they should have said most rides I couldn't go on. A failure of proper information, failure to accommodate the disabled with measures to optimize accessibility and therefore violating the ADA Title III obligations. And asked the State and Federal agencies review them and if needed force them to make needed changes for as many rides as possible. Its been nearly twenty eight years its time the hold outs be sued and forced to do accommodations since they won't otherwise.

So yes ALL businesses should be accessible and all places or should be sued and forced to do so since its the law.

Being gay or a trans is not Federally protected and until they are they shouldn't have any legal issues since religion is 1st Amendment Protected so higher protected than I am under the ADA so should be sacrosanct until there is an Amendment to correct that even over a Federal Law since its higher.

Wheelchair accessible ride? They're a thing?

Do you think that being gay or a trans SHOULD be federally protected as you are?

Correct, but don't you think that there was an alternative to avoid the drama?

Wouldn't the alternative for avoiding the drama have been for the gay couple to accept that baker's decision and not sue him? You didn't think of that did you? :roflol:

LOL. I see. You do realise though how very respectful the baker was to the gay couple, right?

Alright. The alternative for avoiding the drama have been for the gay couple to accept that baker's decision and not take it further.

As someone that has been on the receiving end of “we don’t serve your kind here” (mine was actually “your kind isn’t welcome here”) it isn’t always that easy as just shrugging things off and forgetting about it. Have you ever been told anything similar to that since you seem to be an expert on the subject.
