Yes, it is. Both Communism and Socialism are collectivism.

    1) Capitalism is profit driven industry. Collectivism is subsistence (non profit) driven industry. Further, capitalism can be practiced by an individual or a group. Collectivism depends for it's survival upon the group. It cannot work individually.

    2) Because the ownership of the capitalism is irrelevant. It's STILL capitalism.

Why don't you define what you think collectivism means.

Small groups (no more than a thousand, and even that is too many ... under 100 is ideal) pooling resources and preferably cohabiting to provide secure housing/food/community etc for those unable to obtain same independently. Multi-generational families sharing a home and costs, is one example. Religious groups another. Communes. Farming coops. Small businesses. Etc etc. It's practiced successfully all over the world.

No, it is not. It is private ownership of the means of production: land and producer goods.
No, it is not. It is social, public, or group control of individual activity.
    As long as it's PRIVATE.
    By definition.
Only private ownership of land and producer goods is capitalism.

You are quite wrong. Socialism and Capitalism are ECONOMIC MODELS. They have nothing to do with politics, or ownership.

The state can own the capitalist means of production, but it will STILL be capitalism. Are you seriously not able to grasp that? I think you can, and do - but are perhaps seduced into thinking socialism is some sort of shiny life sans competition and greed. AKA, unicorns and rainbows. It ain't. It's bone dry, hard-arsed economics.

    I am objectively correct.
What on earth do you incorrectly imagine ownership is but an economic model??
False by definition. Capitalism is private ownership of the means of production. Get a better dictionary, and learn how to use it.
I grasp that it is false and absurd, nothing but incorrect usage of ordinary English words.
I know exactly what socialism and capitalism are because I have a good dictionary, and I know how to use it.

You seem to be under a mistaken impression that I am a socialist. But I oppose socialism even more than capitalism. Are you willing to learn from your error?
