Oh pretty! Texas is just a little drive away from Arizona. All I need to do is go through New Mexico and voila! Beautiful Texas. I've never been there so I'd love to visit someday. =)
Would it be OK to post a link into The Warriors of The Rainbow by Eyes of Fire? http://welcomehome.org/rainbow/prophecy/stone.html
An interesting tidbit - no Indian tribes ever kept permanent residence in the Jackson Hole area. They made it neutral ground and any tribe could enter to hunt - an amnesty existing for all.
This is what the wildlife looks like here. The Urban Fox (I have seen these everywhere, in New Jersey, in Amsterdam) and probably more places. (I wonder if these things fly everywhere all around the world). Pigeons (I don't know what type of bat). Rare to see but still around to be seen. I was a teenager when I first saw one in South London, I didn't know they were wildlife, I thought somebody lost their pet bat... Bats (This is an American Gray Squirrel that was introduced and now took over making the British red one almost extinct, I have never seen a real life Red Squirrel before). Squirrel
Oh yeah, I forgot about the deer... I once saw one galloping in Croydon, I was like 'should I call someone?' I've been to that park..
This is what a duck looks like where I'm from. I don't know what breed of duck it is, I just know it as a duck.
There are a lot of free range animals in London that are wild on public reservations.. Hyde Park has wildlife shipped in from Canada. Holland Park has peacocks. St. James Park has flamingos. St. James Park also has pelicans but... They fly over to Regents Park. I've said this once and I'll say it again; Damn pelicans...
It is a Mallard duck. We also have Canada geese here in Alabama. Just about everywhere there is water you will find the Canada goose down here. Some peole raise Peacocks for pets.
Some wild phlox gathered from the roadside. and some butterfly weed grown from seed....gathered by the roadside
