How the Court of Protection, which as the name implies, should protect children and the old, often fails to do that, and keeps its mistakes secret. The press are forbidden to report on its failings, and anyone that publicises what it does can be and is jailed.

John Hemming urges courts for transparency | Daily Mail Online

The old protected from practically being euthanized by the National Health Service, and children protected from muslim gangs pushing them into sexual slavery and coerced prostitution.

This is what lack of transparency in the judicial process gets you, persistent and malignant problems, with judges continuing to act with impunity, according to some erred social-judicial philosophy, with the public having no idea about the extent to which it is going on.

    OP,
Tell us more about England, Denmark, Finland, and France, so that those more familiar with these places can laugh at you.

Sorry, I'm merely using you're very own rhetoric here and if you make such a statement, I think it should apply to youself as well, right?

....no that's right they handle cases involving diminished responsibility...but I'm still confused as you said in relation to this newspaper article....
....where were they involved here? Why have you posted this when it has no relation to the other?
