    Man, I was thinking....WHERE ARE YOU...and I see you're in Amsterdam. Lucky you...sound like nice temps.

    95F here, humid, and not a touch of breeze. Just came from an outdoor B-day party....not comfy.

    People complain about how dreary the weather is here. Nearly always cloudy and rainy but I will take this over the crazy snow and cold and the hot humid weather in the summer where I came from in the States. In the summer humans became walking meals for mosquitoes at night.

    People have their preferences. I do ok in the heat (not the mosquitos). But some struggle and feel pretty unhealthy when temps get mid nineties or above.

    That said, little bit of 65F might be nice for a change.

    All year long is a lot for many people. I never complain between 40 F and 80 F but howl beyond these temps. Not fit for humans IMO :)

    I came from Salt Lake City and Cleveland before that and each was miserable in its own special horrible way :)

    I have friends in both Houston and Portland Oregon and they will both be experiencing temps near 100 F this week. I can’t imagine what the heat and humidity would feel like!

    The spinoff from the hurricane today was nice. Actually cooled things off a bit. Usually though, a shower this time of year is like splashing some water on the sauna rocks....
