Ultimately nothing will ever serve to stop racism from existing or being a problem, as racism is inherent to the human species itself. Nothing short of the species going extinct will ever serve to stop the problem.
Yeah, a lot of the places they're complaining about racism these days never even had a history of racism. A city in Minnesota, far out in the Northern Midwest, where traditionally there was never a substantial African American population until relatively recently. Or London and Paris, all the way on another continent.
