What an absurd position -completely oblivious to healthcare reality - as if the cost of healthcare is not legalized extortion - or that it is not a requirement like water or food.. "Well - if you can't pay for water - then die" is a rational solution.

What do you think that would cost btw ? no food or water. There is a reason why we give minimal support to the poor - and it is not because we are good hearted - it is pure self interest. Might you be able to figure out what the self interest is ?
