Why Biden Will Lose

Trump has survived everything the Dems have thrown at him.

If there was something to bring Trump down it would already have happened.

Trump’s popularity has never waned, the polls are unreliable.

Nothing that has happened in 2020 can be blamed on Trump.

Trump voters haven’t suddenly developed amnesia.

Trump’s support has grown in four years, the narrative that he’s lost supporters is

unsubstantiated because the media is unable to produce numbers to back that up.

Biden’s biggest negative is his glaring cognitive difficulties.

Next to that in severity is his VP pick. Harris is a negative because she is a woman, support for

a woman president is mostly a lot of talk. If America wanted a women as president it would

have already happened, remember Hillary lost twice. A woman for president now would be a

first on the heels of another first that left a bad taste in the mouth of the nation.

A woman of color is doubly negative as the Obama presidency was a set back for black

America and another black president won’t happen again for some time.

Biden’s pick seems like a shady backdoor scheme to force both those things to happen.

Biden was for eight years a heartbeat away from the presidency and privy to and party to all of

the questionable doings in the Obama White House. Remember Biden said that Obama’s

destruction of America’s healthcare system was a big effing deal. We may also be hearing from

the DOJ soon about the depth and breadth of the FBI, the CIA and the Obama White House’s

criminal spying on Trump and the bogus Russia scandal. Biden could not have not known

about what was going on. The Democrats have constantly engaged publicly in hokey juvenile

schemes in an attempt to remove a sitting president, America hasn’t forgotten that and will

view any impropriety with the election with extreme suspicion. The presidency will not be

stolen.

 

Might Trump win? Of course. Biden was a poor choice. Like last time, those Dems have shot themselves in the foot. But you should be thinking 'why do I even care whether Trump is elected?'. He pretended to be anti-establishment, but just gave you fascism. Hmmm, how many Trump supporters actually wanted that and how many are just suffering cognitive dissonance?

 

When you say fascism in regards to Trump are you referring to America first? Nationalism isn't a bad thing, a lot of people who call themselves Americans have forgotten what America is and Trump was the first president to remind people. America is perceived by many to be some sort of hospitality venue and a brothel. We have always welcomed people from all over the globe provided they came here legally, respected our laws and if they planned to live here to assimilate our culture. The last part is not the harsh edict the left makes it out to be but a universal expectation in all countries that except immigrants. America is about freedom and opportunity not a free ride but that has become perverted and abused such that it is time to look at priorities. Is Trump an authoritarian because he takes being the leader of the free world seriously. Our last president would have preferred to hand America over to the UN. Trump is coarse,Trump is boorish even a bully at times but he doesn't take crap from anyone. Our last president went on a fellatious apology tour taking a knee to all our enemies around the world. I'll take Trump's nationalism over limp wristed pandering to our enemies while casting a jaundiced eye on America.

 

As a counterpoint, the demographics of the electorate are less friendly to the GOP than they were four years ago, and unlike 4 years ago when the Democrats literally didn't think they could lose, they are well aware of the possibility now and will make sure every single Dead American is registered and voting.

 

I'm not seeing that here in ultra blue Massachusetts. Im seeing a lot more Trump supporters who are more vocal than they were four years ago. It's really Marxachusetts and while still a minority red numbers are increasing. People can only take leftist bullshit for so long.

 

That of course is encouraging, but you are referring to a State that has no chance of going red this year.

 

It clearly comes down to Ohio and Florida in the US election and Trump will have to win both and the polls suggest he won’t win either. Even Texas will be close.

Because of mail in voting, it will be quite a while before the results are known but I suspect all the networks even Fox will call it for Biden on election night.

 

And yet it was the GOP in North Carolina in the 2018 9th Congressional race caught paying an operative to harvest MAIL IN ballots and alter them to favor their candidate. The accused Leslie McCrae Dowless paid people to collect ballots from mail in voters,which is illegal, then alter and falsely sign them. Dowless has been indicted now faces a ten year prison sentence plus $250,000 fine. The other participants in the scheme also face charges.

 

Wow that's some major league wishful thinking. Say what you want about Trump but a demented old me and a sleazebag floozy? C'mon!!!!!

 

I’m not saying this is what I’m hoping for. I’m saying that the polling numbers suggest this at present.
Just watched an old debate in which Harris skewered Biden and he returned angrily toward her so that will likely be a sound byte used over and over.

 

There are so many reasons why Biden could lose and now that he picked horizontal Harris that number has doubled.

While I agree that Trump has a shot at winning - it is not for any of the reasons above - sans the Russiagate kangaroo clown show.

The electorate is in a foul mood - and even more foul and unpredictable since Covid but that is a wildcard in many ways.

Last election it was the anti establishment movement that decided - and the obscenely horrible Hillary campaign. The spat upon Bernie crowd didn't run out and vote red - but many sat on the couch. On the other side - Trump embraced the AE movement.

The AE movement has only grown much bigger over the last 4 years - on both sides. Now while I would argue that Trump turned out to be an Establishment wonk - there should be no doubt in anyone's mind that Biden is an AE insider

Blue has done nothing but parrot the failed Hillary Campaign strategy "Bad Trump - Bad Trump" like a parrot on a broken record. No plan - nothing to vote for.

Blue is now the Neocon Party - who knew
Blue's is now the Anti Environment party - not a lot will figure this out but - some will.

On the other side - Red is quite horrible as well - we hear almost nothing from the Red side - cep't from Trump - its like they are hiding - but no real platform or path forward - they are just not as bad as Blue.

 

I know this is all that the right has against her, but attacking Harris on her morality with the kinds of skeletons Trump has in his closet may not a a winning strategy.

 

There is much more than her record as a prosecutor. there is also their platform, he flip flopping on issues and her grasping at every far left position to try and gain traction.

 

Flip-flopping, like Trump is doing 100-times worse? Come on, you gotta come up with something better than that.

 

No one will come out and say it but in our society women are judged differently when it comes to these things. Of course few men have slept their way to the top and for those who have nobody cares. If a women does it she looks like a common whore. Apparently some people don't want a whore in the White House.
