Why do blacks vote for democrats over 90% of the time?

Why wouldn't a racist vote for a party that elected a black POTUS twice? Are you kidding?

It's not just black people urban areas for the buy a wide majority vote Democrat. even in the South, urban areas are mostly Democrat look at Texas for example with major cities like Dallas and Houston being heavily democratic.



But to answer the question is because of the civil rights movement. the Democrats (except for the heavily conservative southern) supported civil rights, while the Republicans, led by presidential candidate Barry Goldwater opposed civil rights. It was during this time when the Democratic party was taking over by the more moderate liberal northern Democrats, and many of the southern Democrats joined the Republican party. This is why the Republican party has such a strong conservative base base in the South because
They drew a large number of former Democrat voters in the south.

You don't need college to succeed. There is a 98% of being middle class if you follow 3 steps.
#1, graduate high school.
#2, get a full time job working 40 hrs a week.
#3, wait till youre married to have kids.

And if you want to get higher education, college isn't the best route either. Trade schools, which are heavily promoted by republicans, lead to high skilled and high paying jobs at a fraction of the costs. The only thing trade schools don't do is promote Marxist ideologies that slam you with hundreds of thousands of dollars of debt for a worthless degree.

 

We have the fattest poor people in history. And again, we have plenty of schools like Germany and Scandinavia that help people get jobs, the left doesn't promote them.

 

You haven't given an example of GOP pandering to racist whites since the 1980s. The candidates aren't the ones waiving the confederate flags.

The democrats have waived the confederate flag in 2000. Gore's dad was KKK. The GOP southern governors, who only got power in 2000, stripped the confederate symbols out of the southern state's flags.

Wrong, the federal government doesn't control economic mobility no matter how you try to slice it. First and foremost the cities and states have a more direct control of economic mobility and income inequality than a federal government. If it was the federal government, then rural America would be just as unequal as NYC. NYC, Silicon Valley, both ran buy democrat mayors and governors and has the worst, BY FAR, income disparity in the US. Communist China, and even Scandinavian utopias that the democrats love, have far worse economic mobility than the US. The federal government changes pretty much every 8 years, those who run major cities haven't changed in some cases since 1875.

Remember that DA in CA that kept people locked up longer after they served their sentences so they could be used more as slave labor for the state? That was Kamala.

You keep claiming something of the southern Republicans with zero examples, just that the south used to be racist democrat and now republicans are in control, but I cant show a direct link from father to son, also the father being a direct mentor to Hillary Clinton? Ok, chalk it up to double standard.

The 4 GOP governors in the south prior to 2000 spread over the 8 states since 1875? You want information on them when it still went back to democrats in 1998? What about them? They set the stage for the GOP to open up the south to a economic growth and repair the backwards democrat rule.

It's not sectioning them off the southern Democrats by a very wide margin almost 98% opposed the civil Rights Act. Several Democrats from States like Alabama and Mississippi walked out of the DNC refused to vote for LBJ as their candidate because he supported it, and because there were black delegates allowed in the DNC that year for the first time. This is what caused the rift between the Northern and southern Democrats, and why the southern Democrats had a massive Exodus to the Republican party

BTW, all of those 3 that moved, did so because they saw the racism of the democrats, and even though people like Strom Thurman believed in states rights, it wasn't for the same reason as Robert Byrd did, and Byrd stayed a democrat till 2009. Nothing of the southern strategy holds water, whether you claim it was a mass exodus immediately, or if it was a ploy to change the south republican over decades. It has been debunked time and time again.

 

What did Obama do to crush "white supremacists"? Do you think they were absent for those 8 years? What "power" did he wield? Racist watched as Obama led a record number of blacks to the welfare lines and saw the unrest Obama stoked between blacks and cops which led to Ferguson burning and setting ANOTHER black community back a decade. It couldn't have been more beneficial to a white supremacist than seeing blacks poor and looting and burning their own city while killing each other.

I asked if you think they are murderers because that is exactly what trump paints them to be. They could very well be but there is something called due process which includes innocent until proven guilty. Until such a time that they are found guilty without a reasonable doubt they are innocent. Trumps campaign account obviously thinks they are guilty and that just shows how trump feels about the constitution....
