Minimum wage, and very dependable. As opposed to young people who typically are a pain in the ass. The issue is not retirement age people getting jobs to supplement incomes at places like Giant, Rite Aid and CVS. Companies are foolish to bypass older workers. The potential for vastly superior results over younger workers too often gets overlooked.
