Women over 50? Help not wanted

    Over half fthe employees in my local Giant Super Market are well over age 65 both male and female same is true in Rite Aid and CVS drug stores.

    there always exceptions to statistics. I look at the big picture.

    it's good what the companies you mention do.

    Minimum wage, and very dependable. As opposed to young people who typically are a pain in the ass.

    The issue is not retirement age people getting jobs to supplement incomes at places like Giant, Rite Aid and CVS.

    Companies are foolish to bypass older workers.

    The potential for vastly superior results over younger workers too often gets overlooked.
