i did. For some reason you brought up a theory from thousands of years ago and compared it to a modern day poll in th e US about political division.

    Odd...that’s why i asked

Yes, Sullivan is an activist. His role in the Flynn Case is supposed to be that of an impartial arbitrator. He is not supposed to show bias to either the prosecution of defense. From the very beginning, he has displayed an animosity towards Flynn and his defense team. He questioned why the prosecution had not included Treason charges against Flynn. When the Prosecution withdrew the sentence recommendation from the Flynn plea bargain, Flynn should have been allowed to change his plea. Yet, Sullivan refused to allow him to change the plea. After Barr took over, there was a through investigation of how the prosecution of Flynn was handled. That investigation discovered Brady Material that had been withheld from the court and Flynn's defense team. The withholding of Brady Material, in any other court, would be grounds for a mistrial. When the prosecution filed a motion to drop the case, Sullivan refused. He then wanted to charge Flynn with perjury for attempting to change his plea. No matter how you spin it, Sullivan has proven that he is far from impartial in the case.

Barr on the other hand, is not a Judge. He is the Attorney General. Of course, he is going to be biased on the side of the prosecution. He is the prosecution. What he is doing in the Flynn case is cleaning up the mess that the DOJ/FBI made. The only difference between Barr, Holder and Lynch is that Barr has shown ethical behavior.

BARR's bias is on the part of POTUS D which makes him nothing more than the Fixee of the POTUS. Don't listen to his words see what he does.

There is no proof that Sullivan is an activist. That is the same kind of stuff you hear about judges when someone does not like a rulling that a judge passed down. Judge A rules against DACA DACA fans say the judge is a Trump activist. Judge B rules for DACA and Trumpist call him a pro DACA activist.

First, Barr is biased on the part of the President. That is his job. Just as Holder and Lynch during their tenure as AG's. So, was Janet Reno during the Clinton Administration. That is what an AG is supposed to do. After all, they are political appointees. Now, if you want to talk about a AG being a fixer for a President, then look no further then Eric Holder. When Operation Fast and Furious came to light, both President Obama and AG Holder claimed they had no knowledge of the operation. Yet, that did not stop Obama and Holder from attempting to assert Executive Privilege over the case. Holder had to have known that EP did not apply. Yet, the still asserted it. In the end Holder was charged with Contempt of Congress, and forced to resign. That is the defination of a fixer.

I am glad that you brought up DACA, but you still got it all wrong. Judicial Activism is when a judge issues a ruling that ignores past precedence and the word of law in favor of a political agenda. DACA rulings of the 9th District Court of Appeals is a perfect example. The US Constitution, which all judges in this country take an oath to support and defend, states that there is a separation of powers between the branches of Government, The power to write and pass laws resides with the Legislature. Not with the President. The President has the right to sign the laws passed by the Legislature, or veto it. The President does not have the power to enact law by Executive Order, or Presidential decree. Yet, that did not stop President Obama from passing DACA by EO.

Now, I have yet to see the term "Trump Activist" judge, or "DACA Activist" judge. There has been cases where a Federal Judge is identified by the President that Appointed them. Such as a Clinton appointed judge, or a Bush appointed judge.

That's an exaggeration, Flynn was cleared of any such propriety, his was a process crime, a 'perjury trap'.

No, no and no! Barr's job ( is any AG's job) is to the AG for the country not to be biased for the POTUS. The AG serves at the pleasure of the president not for the pleasure of the president.

Really? Then why are we having this conversation? If Lynch had not been serving the pleasure of Obama she would not have fronted the investigation into the fake Russian Collusion. If Lynch was not serving the pleasure of Obama, she would not have met with Bill Clinton to let him know that his wife was getting a free pass because it served the President and DNC's agendas. I have already demonstrated how Holder illegally asserted EP over Fast and Furious documents. How else would you explain that other then Holder serving for the pleasure of Obama.

The strange thing is that you have some serious blinders on when it comes to a Democrat Presidents AG. Barr's actions has been completely legal, and above board. He recognized that Flynn did nothing wrong, and was being railroaded. He had been entrapped in an illegally conducted interview. He was coerced into entering into a plea agreement. Then when the case was thoroughly investigated, he found that the prosecution had committed egregious errors. As a result, Barr did the one ethical thing that an AG could do. He filed a motion to drop the illegal prosecution.

Here is food for thought. Sally Yates was the Acting AG that was fired by President Trump for instructing the Justice Department not to enter legal arguments supporting the Temp Travel Ban from certain countries. A travel ban that the SCOTUS upheld. So, it is obvious that she is nothing but a left-wing political hack. Yet, she said that Comey went rouge with the entrapment interview of Flynn. Wonder why?

Spygate (aka Hurricane Crossfire) started with a fake Dossier used to illegally obtain FISA Warrants so they could spy on, first the Trump Campaign, then the Trump Transition Team, and later on the Administration itself. All you need to do is to look at the FISA initial Applications date, as well as each renewal date. Recently released documents clearly demonstrate that they knew the dossier was fake while still using it to renew the FISA Warrants. That is a violation of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).

Strange how you liberals will pound a non-crime by a conservative into the ground, and ignore the criminal activities of your fellow liberals. But the hypocrisy is the cornerstone of the liberal narrative. Throw Flynn in prison for doing his job, and allow the Obama Administration, DOJ, and FBI go free for violating the law. How very liberal of you.

The same reason Cohen did, to try to get a less egregious prosecution.

Cohen was not guilty and he half-way knew he wasn't guilty (if you give him credit for not knowing the law), but he did plead guilty to try to get a better deal on his real crimes.

Spygate (aka Hurricane Crossfire) started with a fake Dossier

It was your BS allegation... I called you on it... YOU prove that Crossfire Hurricane (or whatever the backwards **** you called it) started with the Steele Dossier

In the meantime, while you flail pitifully, here's the story

    SNIP
The agents summarized their highly unusual interview and sent word to Washington on Aug. 2, 2016, two days after the investigation was opened.

In July, a retired British spy named Christopher Steele approached a friend in the F.B.I. overseas and provided reports linking Trump campaign officials to Russia. But the documents meandered around the F.B.I. organizational chart, former officials said. Only in mid-September, congressional investigators say, did the records reach the Crossfire Hurricane team.

    https://www.nytimes.com/2018/05/16/...e-trump-russia-fbi-mueller-investigation.html

I suggest you read the entire article... it's over 2 years old and still stands as the best article on the origination of the Trump campaign investigation.
