Yes, sexlessness among teenage and young adult men is a thing these days.

I suspect the economic situation for the younger generation and the sexual situation may be a little bit of a two way street, a chicken and the egg situation. It may go in both directions.

As I previously pointed out in another thread:

But yanking aside, I do find it rather interesting you found the situation better in Japan, since the phenomena of sexlessness among Japanese youth is even greater than it is in America.
I'm thinking maybe you are just taking advantage of the situation since East Asian males are genetically not very masculine and many East Asian females may find foreigners more sexually attractive and "exciting". In which case your benefit may just be coming at the expense of those poor Japanese males, further contributing towards their drive to suicide.

 

There is a relationship. Frankly I think females especially are having genuine sexuality squeezed out of them (or prevented from developing) and all that is left is hypergamy.

Well, I began with older women, then switched to younger later. But I am old now so that was a while ago. Yes, the situation now is dire.

And part of the problem is with the rising ages of consent, the increasing lack of privacy, the increasing Ameri-centric anti-sex "morality" and shaming, the social isolation electronics are inspiring, and the Japanese themselves being very, very stupid about how they raise and educate their young people, especially their females.

Its a fair thought. Its also evidence of the lack of proper general understanding of how the dating game works, which, nothing on you, is common as water.

The truth is, as a playboy, I increased my partners' confidence and interest in men. I could not marry all of them obviously or even keep them all strung along, nor would I have wanted to. Fact is, I brought many into the dating game...I know many exes who moved on, dated after me, and got married....most to Japanese men, but two I know of to Caucasian men.

The whole thing is either a ball that is moving at a good pace, or a pace that is too slow. I never slowed the ball. I contributed to it rolling faster. It is others who are slowing it down and going against all of my advice.

As ever I blame the older females. They are the worst people to have a voice in the sexual matters of society because they are losing the game but still think they can win with dirty tricks and psychological abuse. Even here in Japan, its happening and older women have more power than you think. They need to be made to sit down and shut up and several laws need to be reversed. You so much as pick up a teenage girl stranded out in a typhoon and you could get done up for kidnapping. And I could say more, as the young females now are insanely spoiled, negative, and abusive. They simply were not allowed to be in the past, but also, I think they had more positive contact with men and therefore, more positive experiences (which of course drives the older women to insane jealousy).

I would suggest uncertainty is the biggest factor.

Many parts of the world even now have less money that the US
has in general, and in the past nearly all of the world had less

But few young people today can form a world picture of what is

We've established that the transgender fad (which has taken the country's culture by storm) could likely explain about half of this.

But I still think the other half is due to other factors, mainly economic.

 

The anxiety level has clearly increased along with use of android phones. The left and media is always sending a message of doom which is 100% BS. Thats how they gain power. But there are other factors. Increases diagnosis, drug overdose, adverse child hood experiences. The problem starts in the public schools who indoctrinate they dont teach. Resilience can be taught. Instead we have drag queen parties, gender absurdity dependency on the government, isolation of the family. Fix the public schools
