Trayvon Martin fighting video

I have been wondering that for a few days.

The compulsion, hatred, and stupidity shown in everyone of Rose's comments is baffling!

WHY?

 

This is probably what you will be asking God tomorrow.

 

So what? As soon as more recent pictures of Trayvon were available, they were shown to everyone. . . and still some of the Trayvon demonizers (including our in-home spinner) purposely showed pictures of thugs that were NOT Trayvon, while stating they were of Trayvon!

And. .. he was NOT 6-2 or 6-4 as our in-home spinner states (in the same thread!).

For ALL the REAL picture I saw of Trayvon, from the earliest ones (when he was 13) to the recent ones (his last birthday, age 17), he was a perfectly average, although quite handsome young man. NO reason to demonize him. . .yet a group of people here continues to try to do that!

Sick!

 

But, the lynch mob can call Zimmerman a murderer?

There were two people involved that night.....both had cellphones....only one called the police....think about it

 

Zimmerman is the one who shot Trayvon. . . he took Trayvon's life.

No matter how you want to look at it, that will not change. Zimmerman took the life of a teenager, and no one (and certainly not I) said that it was a murder in cold blood or premeditated. But it was murder just the same. . .as it was an unnecessary taking of a life.

And, NO ONE denies that Trayvon was tall (the police report shows him at 6-0, the prosecutor said 6-1. . .but NOT 6-2 or 6-4 as your friend Cessna pretends!) and skinny! So what? By the way, obviously he will look taller next to a short and chubby woman! Now if you compare him with the other boys in the picture, he certainly doesn't look as tall, does he.

But I agree. . .Thanks for the picture, Margot! It is a beautiful picture of a handsome young man surrounded by what looks like a very loving and supportive family. . .Certainly doesn't look like the "low class thugs" that the Trayvon demonizers are trying to paint!

All you need to now is that Zimmerman shot Trayvon in cold blood. If there's any justice Zimmerman will get convicted and do 25 hard ones in the Florida prison system.

New to the forum. No intention of upsetting others just want to understand the thought processes of those that aren't my own. We don't have all the facts yet. So how can we say it was not un necessary. Zimmerman didn't strike me as a macho guy from his voice. Maybe he was, don't know. It's not against the law to watch someone sneak around. And if someone is beating me and either my gun falls out or I pull it out in order to stop that beating and my attacker try's to take my weapon from me then what? Oh it's my fault let him shoot me. Now none of that may have occurred but until we have facts how can we make judgements. I definitely haven't seen enough info to judge.

So funny! Did you notice that it took Trayvon at least 45 second of that 70 seconds video to even throw the first TENTATIVE punch, and do you realize that the WHOLE encounter between Trayvon and Zimmerman took about 90 seconds before Zimmerman shot Trayvon?

 

Political forums are mostly inhabited with the unreasonable. 99% of the posters actually believe every thing they think is correct and they are never wrong.

 

Based on the police report (6-0 and 160lbs) and the prosecutor statement (6-1 and 160 lbs), you're very close!

Zimmerman, in the other hand, seemed to have lost some fat since his prior mug shot, but then again, no one had seen him for almost 45 days of "worrying" and probably severe dieting! And still, during his appearance in court, he seemed to have a very strong, muscular build. . My husband usually say of those shorter (5-9) guys with those deep, muscular chest that they are "built lie a brick sh-t house! Probably still weighs in around 200lbs. . .lost fat, but may have gained muscles since his prior arrest!

 

No you didn't. What possible benefit could there be to coyly pretending to hold the view you oppose?

The only thing I can think of is to mock your opposition but in a completely content-free way. You basically repeated what someone said in a stupid voice. This might be a fun thing you do with your knitting club but all it demonstrates here is that you're interested in mocking your opponents than addressing whatever issues they raise. So in the grand scheme of things you offer nothing. You bring nothing to the table, you waste people's time. You're school bully and the hired thug lurking near the striking workers. Whatever actual ideas you have are so completely overwhelmed in importance by the astonishing degree you lower the level of discourse, shame people into keeping quiet, and just make things on the planet worse than before you arrived.

Secondly...you're point in posting this? Last time I checked..Zimmerman was the one who chased Martin down.
