There is no date stamp on the video, and you can only measure height by standing a subject next to an object or person of known height. No proof that it is faked. FB and Twitter are another matter. That is somebody else. Look at the ears. That does not change over five years. Height does.
We have the forensics reports that rules out many things, one of the most important of which is no blood or DNA from Z was found on T's hands, under his fingernails, his cuffs, or lower sleeves. Do you understand what that physical objective evidence rules out?
Kind of looks to me like trigger boy might have faked some of his injuries to make it look like he had nearly been killed before he short Martin. I have been looking for a good clear picture of the back of his head. From those I had seen, it appears there are a couple good incised wounds, but not much road rash, and what there is is rather high up. He has a prominent chignon on the back of his head. It would seem that that would be the part that hit the concrete most often, but I don't see any marks there. What I do see is not inconsistant with impact from a flashlight on a wrist strap.
Its been linked many times.. Why don't you look for it yourself. He was 150 pounds, 6'3" He'd only turned 17 three weeks before he was shot.. He was still growiing. Lab Report.. http://cfnews13.com/content/dam/news/static/cfnews13/documents/FDLE-Lab-report.pdf
Does that report contain the heights? I'm skimming it but nothing jumps out... but I read he was reported at 71 inches which is 5'11" and not 75 inches which is 6'3" 150-160 at either height is pretty skinny though.
The actual autopsy has T at a height of 5'11". Page 126/183 of the PDF file is the page of the autopsy that lists his height at 71"
The evidence shows he did not fake his own injuries and it is absurd to suggest it with the known evidence.
Did he have those lacerations looked at by a doctor? Most of that does not look like road rash to me.
Has that been independently confirmed? What would make the video so important if it were confirmed as valid is that it does provide so insight into the sort of discipline that Martin can display under pressure or in a stimulating situation. He was in control of himself throughout the match we see. He was aware of the person directing them both to try to stay in the light. He was not on auto pilot. Now, consider that, while he was, allegedly, thumping on his assailent that night, he was afraid that he was on his own, although trigger boy may have had homies lurking nearby to come to his aid. No reason to let up until he was sure that he had neutralized the threat, whether he was aware of the gun or not. After someone had looked out, perhaps in a way that suggested to Martin that they had been spotted and that someone was calling the cops, he may have felt that the situation was under control, and that his assailant would know well enough to leave. Thismay have either caused him to let up, or distracted him enough that the punk got out from under him, or rolled him onto the ground. We do not know exactly what happened at this point because nobody saw the shot being fired. It is likely, given the lack of blood spatter on the shooter, that he had stood up and drawn his weapon and fired into Martin while he was on the ground or, while both were lying on their sides on the ground, fired at point-blank range. I still can see no way that he could have fired the shot while Martin was leaning over him to produce that sort of wound path.
I didn't say they were from the concrete and I said a while ago it didn't look like they came from concrete. Since the only place on the ground they collected blood from was the flashlight and grass next to it, the obvious explanation is he hit his head on his flashlight one time causing both cuts at the same time. It seems to have happened when they were wrestling on the ground.
