You have to understand poor Scott here. He thought he was winning againt a guy called Frank Arduini, who posted here as historiandude. A couple of months back, Frank got bored of the whole thing and stopped responding. Scott of course laughed but it was actually a massive strike against Scott's ego. If someone could just wander off as they were bored that means that (a) Scott has gotten boring repeating the same lies (b) Scott is not that important and (c) if someone can just wander off that means they are not part of an ORGANIZED OBAMA CORP OF INTERNET LIARS THAT HE MANFULLY FIGHTS DAY UPON DAY TO GET THE TRUTH OUT!!

So now if someone wanders in and calls him an idiot he hopes that its actually Frank coming back as he could not stay away from the mighty scott, and that means that scott is succeeding in getting the truth out!!!

You see if people are "scared off by his mighty arguments", Scott wins, and if they keep responding to him, Scott wins.

I'm sure his response to this will be, "Ha you keep coming back" or some such but yeah, I come back when I am bored and want to amuse myself. I haven't been on this website in nearly 2 weeks so I haven't been very bored lately.

should have stayed in medical school. you guys leave a cybertrail, remember it's the questions you don't answer, and what you don't say.

when you guys dry up or hide in plain site (rc nbc), that's always been telling to me. or when news obots arrive on this scene.

I predict soon fogbow will go by the wayside fade away, as in the case of john woodman.

as we inch along, your scrambling in full gain, your desperate alinsky tactics, have become too trite to have any further effect.

    they never did on me.

you have fulfilled the qualifications and prophecy of a collective bully. for the antibirthers, there is no longer safety in numbers, nor honor among thieves. in the end the bullies always back down, or fade away, or hide in plain site.... or hide in plain site, then slither away.

btw, frankie is wong kim ark here, historian dude at kevin's site... eppy at fogbow...

"b" is the correct answer above (surranis). for I am just an average patriot, also natural born, not so mighty.

Ever wonder how your Manchurian Candidate got past the FBI and Secret Service background investigations? No, you probably never did.

Begs the questions: Are people who say they believe birther conspiracy theories completely stupid or simply dishonest? Could anyone actually be that stupid? I don't think it's possible, but I've been wrong about things like that before.

It is a matter of simple faith, so they are both stupid and dishonest. The key point, though, is that it gives them yet another opening for spite and race hate.

Some appear pretty stupid, and some are clearly dishonest. Generally though, conspiracy theories suffer from a brain defect, a powerful imagination making connections, and a deficient nonsense-filter to discard the insignificant ones. Then confirmation bias sets in. Read Shermer's book, The Believing Brain for details on how it works.

I made the mistake of setting (or defaulting to) email alerts on this thread, or else I would have long ago forgotten about it.

i'm just kidding. it was a pseudoscience analogy. sort of an inside joke...... i'm sure you are a fine psychologist.

    ***********
MR. VOGT: Over a year ago. I had seen what was going on with cases being put into court by various lawyers and thought they were approaching it all wrong. My background is accounting. I have a degree in accounting and was a public accountant for a number of years. When I was reading Title 18 code regarding the section on forgery and other sections, there were two things that came out that I found very interesting: one was misprision of felony and the other was misprision of treason. These say that if you learn of a felony committed against the United States, you’re supposed to report it. Each one has a different reporting sequence, but both of them involve a United States judge, which today is called a U.S. federal judge.

No one has ever used the statute. Usually a prosecutor uses it to force someone who has firsthand knowledge of a crime but never reported it; they use it to compel the person to confess or he would get three or seven years in prison. For misprision of felony, it is a fine or three years in prison, and misprision of treason is seven years in prison or a fine.

When I read those two laws and thought about it, I said, “When they get it, they really don’t have much choice if the evidence I have is compelling; they have to give it to a federal grand jury. Montgomery Blair Sibley had come to the same conclusion when I met up with him through a mutual friend about six months ago.

It took me about a year. I already had some of the points of forgery, but now it’s up to 20 points of forgery. Paul Irey and I did the research on this. As I’ve told Paul, it’s the gift that just keeps on giving. The last thing I found was that the registrar stamp was deliberately altered, with different variations of the alteration. For a forger, the easiest thing in the world to forge is a registrar’s stamp; you just take a legitimate one, scan it and copy it, and put it on your forgery. Then why was the forger altering it in ways of changing the line spacing, even the word spacing, on some of them? The size of the beginning of the line of the type is different from the text size at the end of the line.

how do you know that he did. is that a normal part of the "vetting process" ?? do you have any evidence of that you might point us to ??

really, what was the legal/governmental vetting process... is there one now ??

    **********

MR. VOGT: Yes, of the main characters. It’s not my job to investigate all of the Obots; a special prosecutor would do that, including pulling the phone records. The internet connections and everything like that is already there; the NSA has it. A federal grand jury can subpoena all of those records, and people cannot withhold it. They cannot withhold evidence subpoenaed by a federal grand jury. If [Hawaii Department of Health Registrar Dr. Alvin] Onaka refuses, the judge issues an arrest warrant. It’s obstruction of justice, a felony, and they can’t refuse it.

The White House cover story was that they got the two copies and took one of them, which was the same one that Savannah Guthrie had, with the premise that they created the PDF and put it up on the internet. There are only two ways that you make a PDF: either scan it in, or you wind up doing it within Preview. We had people do tests with it on the Mackintosh, and Quartz and Preview cannot do it. They do a minimum amount of cleanup and optimization, but they don’t create the same kind of layers at all. They strip off the metadata and put theirs in, which is what happened. This was just the Obots chasing their tails. It’s all a lie. They were grasping at straws.

Not only is it the normal vetting process for anyone seeking high office, anyone who even wants to visit the President has to be background checked.
