Rep. Cooper: We may have to arrest Postmaster General

Allowing the postal service to bleed money over its inefficiency should be a crime.

    Interesting on the blue boxes.
I'm aware of 5 between my home and workplace, 6 mile stretch.

You really dont have any? Not even outside the post office? Most of ours are outside the post office or under the overhang at the grocery store near that pack & ship places.

Franklin my opinion anybody that actually thinks there's a post office conspiracy going on related to the election needs a mental check up.

This is such a nutty conspiracy theory I'm having a hard time believing that you actually believe it. Do you know how many pieces of mail the post office delivers each year?

Ah, as to your 'russia russia russia' drivel, turns out, the so called 'hoax' was not a hoax at all. Even republicans in the senate intel committee concur

I stand by my statement on Dejoy/Trump because, given what is known about Trump, that he is a despicable, vile human being who surrounds himself with criminals, that he's a man whose ulterior motives MUST be suspect at all times, I'd say the odds are 100% it is true.

    yeah, 'nothing to see here'.

    https://www.forbes.com/sites/alison...anges-raising-alarm-louis-dejoy/#452b41af106f

DeJoy announced a major restructuring of USPS leadership affecting 23 postal executives and imposed a management hiring freeze, which was criticized as a “Friday Night Massacre” and described by the Washington Post as “centralizing power around DeJoy...and de-emphasiz[ing] decades of institutional postal knowledge.”

Letters sent to officials in 46 states indicate the Postal Service has reversed a longstanding policy that treats election mail as speedier first-class mail while charging lower marketing mail rates

Sorry, it's bullshit. the jig is up, we're pullin' the right's covers and exposing to the world who the right really is, desperate and the only way they can stay in power is to cheat.

And sorting machines are used for absentee ballots.

Since January 2017... Oh, I forgot DeJoy is "in front of" the Senate today... I may flip back and forth to watch this liar a bit today.

Rob Portman is now providing a filibuster with zero questions in 3 minutes... and counting...

Illegally spying on opposing presidential candidates and creating a completely fabricated scandal based on lies, is also subversive, but you’re still cool with that huh?

I believe DeJoy has a sizeable stake in UPS up to $350,000 worth of stock, as I understand it.

If that were true, you just might have a point.

But, of course, you believe all the lies that Trump tells you.

Fabricated scandal? Another Trumpian myth which is disabused by the republican led senate intel committee, read it and weep

he has stock there? ok...doubt he’s the only person working there that does.

UPS also depends on the USPS as well. USPS doing well is good for UPS

No, there are no alternative facts. That's a logical impossibility.

    It's fact.

Did you know that slaves were used to carry mail? We have to destroy the postal service!!! Defund law enforcement, burn police cars, take down statues.

Mocking aside, does anyone know the mail to machine ratio? Mail has declined significantly over the years so the need for these machines must be less as well. Also when was the decision made?

Oh if you’re making the point that we don’t know if this is actually bad or not. That’s fair. But nothing about the last 4 years has given any reason to give these guys the benefit of the doubt. Especially when you take into consideration trumps attacks on mail in voting

ROFL and like that we're also now aware that Democrats will not reform SS programs since as Patricia said there's no need to be profitable.

Riddle me this: If workers are overworked and underpaid, what do you think will happen to the quality of services? As an open disclaimer that this is a personal experience but twice in this month alone, my packages are late.

Democrats hate Orange Man Bad so much that service to country is utterly irrelevant maybe until they win. Then maybe they might try to solve these funding issues with government ran operations.
