Why are Democrats stopping COVID relief stimulus?

Hasn't early voting and mail-in voting been around for a very long time? What needs changing exactly?

If dems cared about relief, why did they include ANYTHING unrelated?

Early voting and mail-in voting rules differ from state to state. That part of the bill would get every state to include such provisions.

As far as I can tell, all of their items are related to pandemic relief in one way or another, even the SALT tax issue.
