As for your position, I don't believe it is the job of the opposition to simply 'oppose'. I think that they should fight for what they believe in and oppose policy that flies in the face of that. Opposing the opposition for the sake of it is childish and we deserve better.

INALB it is my understanding that "procedural" things are often pursued to obfuscate the issue and the court just says they don't want to proceed since the waters are just too muddy now
