Your premise that Milley should face a Court Martial presupposes that he is guilty. What is needed is an investigation first and foremost to determine the facts prevailing under the circumstances that prompted Milley to act as he did.

The USCMJ clearly stipulates that EVERY member of the military has a DUTY to NOT obey an UNLAWFUL order. When seen in that light what Milley was doing was to pre-emptively ensure that there would NOT be anyone obeying of an UNLAWFUL order to make a 1st strike nuclear attack on China.

Had he issued only that order he would have been fully justified in doing so.

The call with his Chinese counterpart could be seen as being PROACTIVE to ensure that the Chinese did NOT launch a pre-emptive attack on their side given the deranged utterances of the biggest *LOSER*.

There could well be other factors that we are unaware of that could put this in another light.

So let's have an INVESTIGATION before we court martial Milley.
