No, you are advocating that laws be written AGAINST women. Your TOTALY OBJECTIVE is to deny personal health autonomy by writing laws. And, as I pointed out, that direction has NOT proven to be successful. PLUS, it HAS been shown that other directions actually DO reduce the abortion rate. YOUR direction is PURELY political. And, there is NO CHANCE that it is constitutional
Excuse me but in Texas, those that agree that abortion should be outlawed are in the majority. This law isn't for the entire country. Texans that don't like it should move to a Blue state. That's why we have states. So, stop using the "minority" excuse. And, stop using the Constitution that doesn't say anything about abortion so States have the right to regulate abortion based on the majority rule. Don't like it, move to France.
You aren't the decision maker, are you? Are you God? Are you the President of the United States? Are you anything that I should crown you as most knowledgeable intelligent god in the universe? If not, I'm not going to do the WOK thing and submit to your liberal WOK ideas. Abortion is the slaughter of innocent unborn children.
No, it is YOU who who claims to have some sort of God given right to women's personal healthcare decisions. This is a fundamental that runs through ALL your posts on this subject. My view and that of many others is that you do not have that right of control over others. Not only that, but I don't see you making ANY attempt at other methods for achieving a reduction in abortion OTHER than laws against women. If you were EVEN SLIGHTLY honest, you would not be so totally insistent on this one highly intrusive methodology.
Yes I am. Stop telling me who I'm advocating for. I'm advocating for the right of life for the unborn child.
Abortion has nothing to do with healthcare. It has everything to do with the taking of an innocent life by a doctor who swore an oath not to kill and to heal. Abortion is used for the only purpose of birth control and overcoming the decision to have sex and create a baby. Has nothing to do with healthcare.
Can't win the debate so you start making up stuff like it's about healthcare and stalking. Pretty ridiculous.
No, it has everything to do with healthcare. It has to do with what is best for the health of the pregnant woman and includes what is best for the zygote. No, your "it's only birth control" nonsense is absolutely false. In fact, pregnancies can be life threatening. And, embryos can be seriously deprecated. Please remember that the idea that absolute abstinence is a solution is total crap. And, every method of prophylaxis has a failure rate.
The Texas law IS about stalking. It writes that into the law! I have no idea what it is that you think I haven't "won". Every point I've made has been fully supported.
Yes, it is...it is a legal medical procedure. A doctor's first duty is to his patient...a fetus is not a patient. Doesn't matter what abortion is "used for"...it's a legal medical procedure.... YOU do NOT get to decide what is health care and what isn't...
There is no stalking. It does no such thing. Are you in support for the vaccine mandates or lose your job? Are you as concerned about people's rights when it comes to their bodies and what is put into them concerning healthcare as you are with women's rights what to take out of them? I assume not. Oh, the hypocrisy on the left. It's why the good are on the right hand of God, not the left.
Are you as concerned about what women are forced to keep in their bodies as you are what people have to put into their bodies to keep others safe...like vaccines for TB , smallpox, measles, Covid?? Doesn't look like you care about life AFTER it's born...
Here we go with trying to equate Covid with childhood diseases and other viruses unlike Covid. As far as the women, no one forced them to create a child in their bodies. They did that knowing that it will happen. It's simple biology. So, you argument is mute.

Doesn't look like you care about life AFTER it's born... No, no disease is exactly the same as another disease. But we are forced to get vaccinated for them so we don't KILL other people by spreading them.. Completely irrelevant unless you wish to punish women for having sex Completely irrelevant. No, I'm not on "mute".... I think the word you want is moot...
No, there absolutely IS stalking when you put a $10,000 BOUNTY on finding an outlaw woman. And, the vaccine issue is VERY different, in that vaccination is something that protects us all, not just the one getting vaccinated. Beyond that, the anti-vaxx material is at its root a bald faced lie, AND anyone with a legit religious objection can get an exemption.
Please remember what causes COVID IS A VIRUS. And, the viruses that cause the various childhood diseases against which we vaccinate children do attack all ages. In fact, when contracted later in life they can be far worse. And, like other important viruses, medical science created vaccines against the virus that causes COVID. And, your last sentences on pregnancy show a DEEP lack of understanding of human biology as well as sociology. BTW, an argument can not be "mute". Arguments MIGHT be moot, though. But, you haven't identified any argument that is moot.
If that is your opinion, no one, not even the State, should be empowered to decide whether you have one. You should have the freedom to make such a personal, private decision in consultation with trusted loved ones, spiritual and medical advisers, not be subject to the dictates of anonymous bureaucrats and intrusive politicians. If the authoritarians who are hellbent on arrogating power over wombs, aided and abetted by ideologues, surrender such power to government, less-educated states will subjected to their politicians dictating to them, while better-educated ones will hasten to preserve freedom. It will result in a de facto bifurcation of the Union such as we have not seen since the Civil War, a nation half slave and half free. 21 states poised to ban or severely restrict abortion if Roe v. Wade is overturned Americans with the highest level of knowledge on fetal development show strong support for abortion legality Quinnipiac University Poll. Nov. 11-15, 2021 "In general, do you agree or disagree with the 1973 Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision that established a woman's right to an abortion?" 11/11-15/21.Adults ..........AGREE: 63%.......... DISAGREE: 28%
Hasn’t the Supreme Court made it clear that no right is unlimited? The Mississippi law would make the limit 15 weeks. What’s wrong with that limit?
That is why Roe v Wade is a compromise that the American public overwhelmingly supports after nearly five decades. Any absolutist draconian dictate of either extreme would be abhorred.
Oh, I agree that no extreme would be tolerated, but the Mississippi law is being seen as extreme by pro-choice advocates. Why is that? I think it’s because they want NO limits.
